【摘要】：正南通市房產(chǎn)檔案館于1990年成立,前身為南通市房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)監(jiān)理登記中心產(chǎn)籍科。南通市房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)監(jiān)理登記中心是隸屬于市住房保障和房產(chǎn)管理局的正科級(jí)全民所有制事業(yè)單位,主管南通市區(qū)國(guó)有土地范圍內(nèi)房屋所有權(quán)、他項(xiàng)權(quán)登記的申請(qǐng)材料的業(yè)務(wù)審核、依法核準(zhǔn)、確權(quán)并頒發(fā)房屋權(quán)屬證書(shū);審核房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)面積;房產(chǎn)交易;房產(chǎn)檔案管理與利用等。南通市房產(chǎn)檔案館是集中保存、管理市房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)監(jiān)理登記中心房產(chǎn)檔案的館庫(kù)和利用房產(chǎn)檔案的服務(wù)中心。南通市房產(chǎn)檔案
[Abstract]:Nantong City Real Estate Archives was established in 1990, formerly Nantong City Housing property Rights Supervision Registry Department. The Nantong Housing property Rights Supervision Registration Center is a branch level public ownership institution attached to the Municipal Housing Security and Real Estate Administration. It is in charge of the business examination and examination of the application materials for the registration of the housing ownership and other title rights within the state-owned land area of Nantong urban area. Approved according to law, confirmed the right and issued a certificate of ownership of housing; audit of the area of housing property rights; real estate transactions; management and use of real estate archives, and so on.
