【摘要】：本文從應(yīng)用倫理學(xué)的角度分析了房地產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色發(fā)展所具有的倫理內(nèi)涵、環(huán)境倫理指向和經(jīng)濟倫理意蘊。文章認為房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的綠色發(fā)展是生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的大勢所趨。 文章第一章介紹了綠色房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的含義和內(nèi)涵，闡述了我國房地產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色發(fā)展的階段和現(xiàn)狀、經(jīng)驗與特點、倫理及問題，明晰我國房地產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色發(fā)展的歷史和現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)，，指出房地產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色化既是生態(tài)倫理的發(fā)展趨勢，也是生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的題中之義。第二章從發(fā)展倫理和中國傳統(tǒng)倫理等方面，多視角分析了人類建筑活動所具有的的倫理意蘊，認為建筑仁禮載體，闡述了建筑中的品行氣質(zhì)和倫理美感，而中國傳統(tǒng)倫理思想，如天人合一的自然觀、崇儉節(jié)約的倫理自覺、因地制宜的和諧理念、崇尚自然的審美情趣、融入自然的風(fēng)水觀念，是我國發(fā)展綠色房地產(chǎn)業(yè)不可多得的綠色人文財富。從發(fā)展倫理、環(huán)境倫理、經(jīng)濟倫理、傳統(tǒng)倫理等方面詳細解讀了房地產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色發(fā)展豐富的倫理內(nèi)涵。以期通過對房地產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益、環(huán)境效益和社會效益統(tǒng)一的探討，促進房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的綠色發(fā)展。第三章指出房地產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色轉(zhuǎn)型刻不容緩，迫切需要政府、企業(yè)和消費者共同參與和協(xié)同推進，通過弘揚綠色理念，明確綠色責任，倡導(dǎo)綠色消費，實現(xiàn)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色、健康、科學(xué)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of applied ethics, this paper analyzes the ethical connotation, the direction of environmental ethics and the implication of economic ethics of the green development of real estate industry.The green development of real estate industry is the trend of ecological civilization construction.The first chapter introduces the meaning and connotation of green real estate industry, expounds the stage and present situation, experience and characteristics, ethics and problems of green development of real estate industry in China, and clarifies the historical and realistic basis of green development of real estate industry in China.It is pointed out that the greening of real estate industry is not only the development trend of ecological ethics, but also the meaning of the construction of ecological civilization.In the second chapter, from the development ethics and Chinese traditional ethics, the author analyzes the ethical implication of human architectural activities from many angles, thinks that architecture benevolence is the carrier, and expounds the moral temperament and ethical aesthetic sense in architecture, while Chinese traditional ethics thought.Such as the natural view of the unity of nature and man, the ethical consciousness of frugality, the harmonious idea according to local conditions, the esthetic interest of advocating nature and the fengshui idea of incorporating nature are the rare green humanistic wealth of developing green real estate industry in our country.The rich ethical connotation of green development of real estate industry is explained in detail from development ethics, environmental ethics, economic ethics and traditional ethics.In order to promote the green development of real estate industry, the paper probes into the unification of economic, environmental and social benefits of real estate industry.The third chapter points out that the green transformation of the real estate industry is urgent and urgent need the government, enterprises and consumers to participate in and promote, through carrying forward the green concept, clear green responsibility, advocate green consumption, realize the real estate industry green, healthy.Science and sustainable development
