【摘要】：本文以西北東部為例,陳述了目前我國(guó)農(nóng)村的現(xiàn)狀,從簡(jiǎn)單層面和深層次層面做了簡(jiǎn)單的成因分析,并從發(fā)展多種形式、適度規(guī)�；a(chǎn)、產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng),加大糧食直補(bǔ),加強(qiáng)、加快農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),加強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)科技研究和農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)指導(dǎo),培養(yǎng)新生代農(nóng)民隊(duì)伍,樹立強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感和服務(wù)意識(shí),充分利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的功能,加強(qiáng)電子商務(wù)和訂單農(nóng)業(yè),使購(gòu)銷渠道保持暢通,干部應(yīng)深入群眾,調(diào)查研究,充分發(fā)揮農(nóng)民群眾的主觀能動(dòng)性等七個(gè)方面簡(jiǎn)單論述了對(duì)策,闡述了筆者的觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Taking the east of northwest China as an example, this paper states the present situation of rural areas in China, makes a simple analysis of the causes of formation from the simple and deep levels, and from the development of various forms, moderate scale production, industrialization management, increase the direct supplement of grain, and strengthen it. We will speed up the construction of rural infrastructure, strengthen agricultural scientific and technological research and agricultural technical guidance, foster a new generation of farmers, establish a strong sense of responsibility and service, make full use of the functions of the Internet, and strengthen e-commerce and order agriculture. In order to keep the channels of purchase and sale unimpeded, cadres should go deep into the masses, investigate and study, give full play to the subjective initiative of the peasants, and so on, this paper simply discusses the countermeasures and expounds the author's point of view.
