【摘要】：大多高校電子商務(wù)畢業(yè)生所具備的專業(yè)能力與企業(yè)實(shí)際崗位需要的核心能力脫軌比較明顯,厘清企業(yè)電子商務(wù)核心崗位的能力要求,對(duì)于高校培養(yǎng)合格的電子商務(wù)人才非常重要。綜合各種調(diào)研結(jié)果,確定電子商務(wù)核心崗位可分為運(yùn)營(yíng)、美工、客服、技術(shù)4類,運(yùn)用火車頭數(shù)據(jù)采集軟件抓取4類崗位共計(jì)2 500個(gè)具體崗位的崗位職責(zé)及任職要求,進(jìn)一步對(duì)抓取的崗位職責(zé)和任職要求進(jìn)行文本數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,得出各類崗位的核心能力要求,為高校有針對(duì)性地培養(yǎng)電子商務(wù)人才提供參考。
[Abstract]:Most college E-commerce graduates have the professional ability and the enterprise actual post needs the core ability is quite obvious, clarifies the enterprise electronic commerce core post the ability request, It is very important for colleges and universities to train qualified e-commerce talents. By synthesizing all kinds of research results, we can determine that the core posts of e-commerce can be divided into four categories: operation, art, customer service, technology. We can use locomotive data acquisition software to capture the responsibilities and requirements of four types of posts, which total 2 500 specific posts. Furthermore, the text data mining is carried out on the job responsibilities and position requirements, and the core competence requirements of all kinds of posts are obtained, which provides a reference for colleges and universities to cultivate electronic commerce talents in a targeted way.
