【摘要】：隨著電子商務(wù)行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)人才需求缺口巨大,然而傳統(tǒng)教育體制下的高校電子商務(wù)人才培養(yǎng)與企業(yè)實踐和需求嚴重脫節(jié),電子商務(wù)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)改革已迫在眉睫。文章就電子商務(wù)專業(yè)目前的就業(yè)形勢及就業(yè)能力進行調(diào)查分析,并根據(jù)自身專業(yè)建設(shè)實際對高職院校電子商務(wù)專業(yè)就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的途徑與方法進行了相關(guān)的探索和實踐。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of e-commerce industry, there is a huge gap in the demand for electronic commerce talents. However, the training of electronic business talents in the traditional education system is out of line with the practice and demand of enterprises. The reform of the training of electronic business professionals is imminent. The article is on the current employment situation and employment ability of electronic commerce major. According to the actual situation of their own specialty construction, this paper explores and practices the ways and methods of cultivating the employability of e-commerce majors in higher vocational colleges.
