【摘要】：從中國經(jīng)濟和貿易的新常態(tài)著手,指出跨境電商已成為外貿轉型升級的新亮點。新形勢下,滁州跨境電商發(fā)展面臨重要機遇期,宏觀上表現(xiàn)在國家"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略及中央配套政策支持,微觀上包括地方政府政策傾斜、良好的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎及"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"戰(zhàn)略。進一步分析了滁州跨境電商在配套服務、人才以及企業(yè)集聚等方面存在的問題,并針對性地提出了優(yōu)化通關服務、建設新型物流體系、加強跨境電商企業(yè)監(jiān)管及產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃、培養(yǎng)跨境電商人才、培育龍頭企業(yè)等對策。
[Abstract]:Starting from the new normal of China's economy and trade, it is pointed out that cross-border e-commerce has become a new bright spot in the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade. Under the new situation, the development of cross-border e-commerce in Chuzhou is facing an important opportunity period, which is reflected in the "Belt and Road" strategy of the state and the supporting policies of the central government. Good industrial base and internet strategy. This paper further analyzes the problems of Chuzhou cross-border e-commerce in supporting services, talents and enterprise agglomeration, and puts forward the following suggestions: optimizing customs clearance services, building a new logistics system, strengthening the supervision and industrial planning of cross-border e-commerce enterprises. Train cross-border electricity businessman ability, cultivate the countermeasure such as leading enterprise.
