【摘要】：加速發(fā)展電子商務(wù),是順應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)、促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的內(nèi)在需要,也是優(yōu)化資源配置、推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,加快轉(zhuǎn)變產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方式,提升區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的戰(zhàn)略舉措。本文以CII發(fā)布的電子商務(wù)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研與數(shù)據(jù)收集,創(chuàng)建電子商務(wù)發(fā)展水平測(cè)度模型,綜合應(yīng)用因子分析和聚類(lèi)分析方法深入分析我國(guó)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展水平。提出了電子商務(wù)物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),推動(dòng)中國(guó)沿海發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)、中西部和東北地區(qū)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,加快經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和升級(jí),創(chuàng)新人才引進(jìn)培育機(jī)制,突破產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸,提升城市電子商務(wù)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ认嚓P(guān)對(duì)策建議,為促進(jìn)我國(guó)電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)跨越式發(fā)展、構(gòu)建"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"產(chǎn)業(yè)體系和新生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the development of electronic commerce is the internal need to adapt to the trend of economic globalization and promote the regional economic transformation and upgrading. It is also necessary to optimize the allocation of resources, promote the structural reform on the supply side of the industry, and accelerate the transformation of the mode of industrial development. Based on the index system of electronic commerce issued by CII, this paper establishes the model of measuring the level of development of electronic commerce through current situation investigation and data collection. The comprehensive application of factor analysis and cluster analysis is used to analyze the level of e-commerce development in China. The paper puts forward the construction of e-commerce logistics infrastructure to promote the coordinated development of the developed coastal areas, the central and western regions and the northeast of China. To accelerate the adjustment and upgrading of economic structure, to introduce and cultivate talents, to break through the bottleneck of industrial development, and to promote the development potential of urban electronic commerce, so as to promote the leap-forward development of e-commerce industry in China. The construction of the "Internet" industrial system and the new ecological economy lay a solid foundation.
