電子商務(wù)企業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率變化及影響因素分析

【摘要】:本文運(yùn)用DEA Malmquist生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)模型,從效率變化、規(guī)模變化和技術(shù)變化的動(dòng)態(tài)視角,探討了電子商務(wù)企業(yè)的全要素生產(chǎn)率變化及其影響因素.研究結(jié)果顯示,電子商務(wù)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)經(jīng)常伴隨著技術(shù)進(jìn)步、效率提升和規(guī)模擴(kuò)張,這表明電子商務(wù)企業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的變化源于以上三種要素的組合,但技術(shù)變化在驅(qū)動(dòng)全要素生產(chǎn)率變化中起著更為關(guān)鍵的作用.從電子商務(wù)商業(yè)模式的角度來說,B2C電子商務(wù)模式比B2B電子商務(wù)模式和在線旅游OTA業(yè)務(wù)有更高的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和全要素生產(chǎn)率水平;在線旅游OTA業(yè)務(wù)雖然實(shí)現(xiàn)了技術(shù)效率的改進(jìn)和規(guī)模的擴(kuò)張,但技術(shù)能力下滑導(dǎo)致其全要素生產(chǎn)率水平下滑;B2B電子商務(wù)模式全要素生產(chǎn)率水平下降的原因則在于效率、技術(shù)和規(guī)模的同步下滑.這些發(fā)現(xiàn)啟示企業(yè)管理者應(yīng)該正確處理技術(shù)、規(guī)模和效率之間的關(guān)系,同時(shí)應(yīng)針對(duì)不同的商業(yè)模式采取不同的全要素生產(chǎn)率提升策略.
[Abstract]:This paper uses DEA Malmquist productivity index model, from the dynamic perspective of efficiency change, scale change and technology change. This paper discusses the change of total factor productivity of e-commerce enterprises and its influencing factors. The results show that the productivity growth of e-commerce enterprises is often accompanied by technological progress, efficiency improvement and scale expansion. This indicates that the change of total factor productivity of e-commerce enterprises originates from the combination of the above three factors. But technological change plays a more critical role in driving the change of total factor productivity, from the perspective of e-commerce business model. The B2C e-commerce model has higher technological innovation ability and total factor productivity level than B2B e-business model and online tourism OTA business. Although the online tourism OTA business has realized the technical efficiency improvement and the scale expansion, but the technical ability decline causes its total factor productivity level to decline; The decline of total factor productivity level of B2B e-commerce model lies in the simultaneous decline of efficiency, technology and scale. These findings suggest that managers should correctly handle the relationship between technology, scale and efficiency. At the same time, different TFP strategies should be adopted for different business models.
