基于“鉆石模型”的我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力研究分析

【摘要】:風(fēng)力發(fā)電作為目前可再生清潔能源中發(fā)展最快,技術(shù)最成熟的能源之一,也是極具開發(fā)潛力商業(yè)化潛力的行業(yè)。積極開發(fā)和利用風(fēng)電,不僅能降低我國對化石能源的需求依賴,降低過度使用化石能源給環(huán)境帶來的污染,同時也能通過風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)化的過程,有效的拉動我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、提升我國風(fēng)力發(fā)電的技術(shù)水平。比較研究和分析我國風(fēng)力發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,確定我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球風(fēng)電市場所處的競爭優(yōu)勢,以及不足,對指引我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)健康長遠的發(fā)展有著非常重要的意義,本文針對這一問題基于“鉆石模型”對我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢進行了詳細的研究和分析,其中主要包括:對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的理論基礎(chǔ)及其研究相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟學(xué)概念,結(jié)合我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀做了詳細的研究分析。通過查閱和收集大量文獻資料,對我國和全球風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了詳細分析總結(jié),并且得出了我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)目前存在的優(yōu)勢和不足,為后續(xù)研究做了鋪墊。研究過程中運用“鉆石模型”中各個要素對我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進行詳細分析,構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評估模型,最后通過大量的數(shù)據(jù)得出了我國在全球范圍內(nèi)的國際競爭力指標參數(shù),通過參數(shù)詳細體現(xiàn)了我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的優(yōu)勢和不足。最后本文針對研究結(jié)果對我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提出了加強政策引導(dǎo)和扶持力度、加強扶持資金的監(jiān)管和合理分配、制定風(fēng)電行業(yè)的相關(guān)標準、自主品牌的塑造等一系列對策,通過這些對策來有效的促進我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康長遠發(fā)展,穩(wěn)步提升我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)中的競爭力。
[Abstract]:As one of the fastest developing and most mature renewable clean energy sources, wind power generation is also an industry with great potential for commercialization. Active development and utilization of wind power can not only reduce the dependence of China on fossil energy demand, reduce the pollution caused by excessive use of fossil energy to the environment, but also effectively stimulate the economic development of our country through the process of wind power industrialization. Improve the technical level of wind power generation in China. It is of great significance to compare and analyze the present situation of China's wind power industry, and to determine the competitive advantages and shortcomings of China's wind power industry in the global wind power market, which is of great significance to guide the healthy and long-term development of China's wind power industry. In this paper, the competitive advantage of China's wind power industry is studied and analyzed in detail based on the "diamond model", which mainly includes the theoretical basis of industrial competitiveness and the related economic concepts. Combined with the current situation of wind power industry in China, a detailed research and analysis is made. Through consulting and collecting a large number of literature, the development status of wind power industry in China and the world is analyzed and summarized in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of wind power industry in China are obtained, which paves the way for follow-up research. In the process of research, each element of "diamond model" is used to analyze the competitiveness of wind power industry in China in detail, and the corresponding evaluation model of wind power industry competitiveness is constructed. Finally, through a large number of data, the international competitiveness index parameters of our country in the global scope are obtained, and the advantages and disadvantages of the competitiveness of China's wind power industry are reflected in detail through the parameters. Finally, according to the research results, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures, such as strengthening policy guidance and support, strengthening the supervision and rational distribution of supporting funds, formulating the relevant standards of wind power industry, shaping independent brands and so on. Through these countermeasures, we can effectively promote the healthy and long-term development of China's wind power industry, and steadily enhance the competitiveness of China's wind power industry in the global wind power industry.
