航天工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目業(yè)主方項(xiàng)目管理研究
[Abstract]:China's modern engineering project management has a history of more than 20 years, and the management level has made great progress, but there are still some problems. For example, laws and regulations need to be further improved. The supervision mechanism still needs to be perfected and so on. In general, in order to reach the level of foreign modern engineering project management, China's modern engineering project management still needs to make further efforts to overcome a certain gap. In recent years, with the economic development of our country, various construction projects, especially the construction of industrial parks are in full swing, but in the process of construction of industrial parks, The contradiction between the owner of the project and other participants of the project appears constantly. The master planner and organizer of the project often fail to complete the project on time due to the lack of management. Through literature investigation, field investigation and case analysis, this paper takes the project management of the owner of Zhenjiang Industrial Park as the research object, and applies the basic theory of project management. Based on the analysis of the management status and deficiency of the owner of the construction project, the author puts forward the management mode of the owner side which is suitable for the project. And according to the proposed management model, Zhenjiang Industrial Park construction project owners according to the project progress stage how to organize the implementation of a more in-depth discussion; Finally, through the analysis and research, put forward the implementation of management measures for the owner of the construction project. Taking Zhenjiang Aerospace Industry Construction Project as the research background, the owner side management model proposed in this paper can provide a valuable management model for other aerospace industry construction projects. At the same time, the key points of the implementation of the management model and the key elements such as schedule, cost, safety and quality control measures can ensure the smooth implementation of the management model. It is believed that this management model can not only improve the economic benefit and management efficiency of Zhenjiang Industrial Park, but also provide valuable reference for the construction of other spaceflight industrial parks.
