【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群式轉(zhuǎn)移對于轉(zhuǎn)出地和承接地的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中起到了一個橋梁和中介的作用,為把它們整合成為一個不可分割的整體提供了契機和條件。文章從理論上構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群式轉(zhuǎn)移整合區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的概念模型,并對整合過程中單個企業(yè)的行為進行了數(shù)理描述,進而運用合作博弈理論探討產(chǎn)業(yè)集群式轉(zhuǎn)移整合區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的機理,提出運用契約約束的思想以解決整合過程中的"搭便車"行為,并設(shè)計了三種具體的解決方案。
[Abstract]:The industrial cluster transfer plays a bridge and intermediary role in the industry chain of the transfer place and the undertaking place, and provides the opportunity and condition to integrate them into an indivisible whole. In this paper, the conceptual model of industrial cluster transfer and integration regional industrial chain is constructed theoretically, and the behavior of individual enterprises in the process of integration is described mathematically. Then the mechanism of industrial cluster transfer and integration regional industrial chain is discussed by using cooperative game theory, and the idea of contract constraint is put forward to solve the "hitchhiking" behavior in the process of integration, and three concrete solutions are designed.
