【摘要】：天獅健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園是當?shù)卣ㄔO(shè)的戰(zhàn)略性質(zhì)的產(chǎn)業(yè)園之一,該項目倍受重視,質(zhì)量管理也成為該項目的重要要求和重大挑戰(zhàn)。對工程質(zhì)量嚴格把關(guān)、嚴格驗收、對承包商和分包商嚴格要求,保證項目順利完工,產(chǎn)生高質(zhì)量的工程產(chǎn)品,因此顯得尤為重要。本文根據(jù)天獅健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)項目的具體實踐情況,通過實地調(diào)研和問卷調(diào)查等方式對天獅健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園質(zhì)量管理體系現(xiàn)狀進行分析,然后通過因果分析法、德爾菲法、因果圖、PDCA循環(huán)模式、流程改進等工具和方法來找出造成該項目當前質(zhì)量管理體系存在問題的原因,并提出合理的改進措施和實施運行保障方案。還提出了從強化質(zhì)量管理意識、加強質(zhì)量管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和完善質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理體系等三個方面來保障天獅健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園項目質(zhì)量管理體系的運行。本文的研究成果在對天獅健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園項目的質(zhì)量管理有很好的直接幫助作用的同時,也能夠為我國的同類型產(chǎn)業(yè)園項目的開發(fā)建設(shè)提供質(zhì)量管理方面的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Tianshi Health Industry Park is one of the strategic industrial parks constructed by the local government. The project has been paid more attention to, and quality management has become an important requirement and major challenge of the project. It is very important to strictly check the project quality, strictly check and accept the project, strictly require the contractor and subcontractor, ensure the smooth completion of the project and produce high quality engineering products. According to the concrete practice of the Tianshi Health Industry Park construction project, this paper analyzes the current situation of the quality management system of the Tianshi Health Industry Park by means of field investigation and questionnaire investigation, and then through causality analysis, Delphi method, The causality diagram of PDCA cycle mode, process improvement and other tools and methods to find out the causes of the existing problems in the current quality management system of the project, and put forward a reasonable improvement measures and implementation of operational guarantee scheme. It also puts forward three aspects: strengthening the consciousness of quality management, strengthening the construction of quality management information system and perfecting the quality supervision and management system to ensure the operation of the project quality management system of Tianshi Health Industry Park. The research results of this paper can not only directly help the quality management of the Tianshi Health Industry Park project, but also provide reference for the development and construction of the same type of industrial park project in China.
