【摘要】：隨著十三五規(guī)劃拉開帷幕,如何"大力推進農業(yè)現代化,加快轉變農業(yè)發(fā)展方式"成為當下備受關注的焦點之一。木薯作為熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū)重要的經濟作物,全球年產上億噸。近年來,伴隨變性淀粉與清潔能源的市場需求不斷擴大,木薯產業(yè)已成為我國第二大類需要發(fā)展的熱帶作物產業(yè)�？上鄬ξ覈臼懋a業(yè)整體發(fā)展來看,海南木薯產業(yè)發(fā)展緩慢且滯后。受加工技術與發(fā)展方式等原因影響形成產業(yè)發(fā)展不健全的局面,基層農民處于弱勢,影響海南農民對木薯的種植熱情。因此,本文選擇通過對海南木薯產業(yè)發(fā)展進行研究,探討在這樣的時代背景下,如何又好又快地發(fā)展海南木薯產業(yè),提升農戶收益。本研究的主要內容包括:對海南木薯的宏觀發(fā)展背景,種植生產、加工、銷售發(fā)展進行詳盡地分析;通過查閱海南省統(tǒng)計局年鑒、國家木薯產業(yè)技術體系相關記載以及調研所得來的數據和結果,運用實地調查、專家訪談、比較分析與實證分析相結合的研究方法,選取了 2000年-2015年間海南木薯種植面積、木薯機械總動力、化肥施用量、勞動力投入、加工能力(加工總產值)、市場需求(中國加工品進口額、價格)的真實數據,運用柯布-道格拉斯生產函數(C-D函數)研究影響海南木薯產量的因素及因素之間的相關性,根據研究結果提出對策建議。研究結果表明:種植面積、化肥施用量、加工能力對海南木薯生產都有積極的影響,而目前機械化程度較低、木薯生產地存在勞動力剩余、加工產品缺乏市場競爭力等因素一定程度上阻礙了海南木薯產業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the opening of the 13th Five-Year Plan, how to "vigorously promote agricultural modernization and accelerate the transformation of agricultural development mode" has become one of the focuses of attention. Cassava, as an important cash crop in tropical and subtropical regions, produces hundreds of millions of tons a year. In recent years, with the increasing market demand for modified starch and clean energy, cassava industry has become the second largest tropical crop industry in China. Compared with the overall development of cassava industry in China, the development of cassava industry in Hainan is slow and lagging. Under the influence of processing technology and development mode, the situation of unsound industrial development was formed, and the grass-roots farmers were in a weak position, which affected Hainan farmers' enthusiasm for cassava planting. Therefore, this paper chooses to study the development of cassava industry in Hainan, and discusses how to develop the cassava industry in Hainan well and quickly under such a background. The main contents of this study include: detailed analysis of the macro development background, planting, production, processing and sales development of cassava in Hainan; through consulting the yearbook of Hainan Bureau of Statistics, According to the relevant records of the national cassava industry technology system and the data and results obtained from the investigation, using the research methods of field investigation, expert interview, comparative analysis and empirical analysis, the cultivation area of cassava from 2000 to 2015 in Hainan was selected. True data on the total power of cassava machinery, the amount of fertilizer used, the input of labor force, the processing capacity (gross output value of processing, market demand (import value of Chinese processed goods, price), Using Cobb-Douglas production function (C-D function), the factors affecting cassava yield in Hainan were studied, and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. The results show that the planting area, the amount of chemical fertilizer and the processing ability have positive effects on the cassava production in Hainan, but the degree of mechanization is low at present, and there is labor surplus in the cassava production area. The lack of market competitiveness of processed products has hindered the development of cassava industry in Hainan to some extent.
