【摘要】：中山市產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持專項(xiàng)發(fā)展資金信息系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì),隸屬于計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與通信的研究領(lǐng)域,該系統(tǒng)以“十二五”規(guī)劃為背景,以積極支撐中山市加大產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持力度的一系列政策,輔助中山市扶持產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展專項(xiàng)資金管理,提高資金的使用效益,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持資金分配、使用、評(píng)價(jià)更加科學(xué)合理為目的而建立的信息綜合系統(tǒng)。中山市產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持專項(xiàng)發(fā)展資金信息系統(tǒng)采用面向?qū)ο蠓治龇椒?對(duì)中山市產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持專項(xiàng)發(fā)展資金信息系統(tǒng)的可行性及必要性進(jìn)行了分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)了包括信息公開,專項(xiàng)資金填報(bào)申請(qǐng),項(xiàng)目管理,資金撥付,績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)與監(jiān)督,注冊(cè)登錄,系統(tǒng)管理等七個(gè)功能模塊為一體的綜合性信息平臺(tái)。本文對(duì)中山市產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持專項(xiàng)發(fā)展資金信息系統(tǒng)各個(gè)模塊的業(yè)務(wù)流程及用例進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的研究和繪制,根據(jù)用例圖、業(yè)務(wù)流程圖,分析繪制出中山市產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持專項(xiàng)發(fā)展資金信息系統(tǒng)各模塊功能包圖、系統(tǒng)總體功能包圖及系統(tǒng)各模塊縮略類圖；在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了系統(tǒng)所涉及的各個(gè)實(shí)體類數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫和數(shù)據(jù)表進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:The analysis and design of Zhongshan Industrial support Special Development Fund Information system, which belongs to the research field of computer network and communication, is based on the 12th Five-Year Plan. To actively support a series of policies to increase industrial support in Zhongshan City, to assist Zhongshan City in the management of special funds for supporting industrial development, to improve the efficiency of the use of funds, and to promote the distribution and use of industrial support funds, The comprehensive information system established for the purpose of more scientific and reasonable evaluation. Zhongshan Industrial support Special Development Fund Information system adopts the object-oriented analysis method. This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of Zhongshan industry support special development fund information system, and realizes the information disclosure, special fund application, project management, fund allocation, performance evaluation and supervision, registration and login. System management and other seven functional modules as one of the integrated information platform. This paper studies and draws the business process and use cases of each module of Zhongshan Industrial support Special Development Fund Information system, according to the use case diagram, Business flow chart, analysis and drawing of Zhongshan industry support special development fund information system modules functional package map, system overall function package diagram and system module acronym class diagram; on the basis of the analysis of the system involved in each entity class data, The database and data table are analyzed and designed.
