【摘要】：推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化是當(dāng)前促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和農(nóng)民減貧的重要手段。許多學(xué)者關(guān)注了農(nóng)民在產(chǎn)業(yè)流通領(lǐng)域受到的利益壓榨,提出農(nóng)戶(hù)"縱向"合作的需要。本文以涼山彝族自治州苦蕎產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為例,由生產(chǎn)與流通面向切入,討論農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化對(duì)農(nóng)村發(fā)展的影響。論文以民族志的形式呈現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的具體實(shí)踐、當(dāng)?shù)氐霓r(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)與農(nóng)民生活,分析苦蕎產(chǎn)業(yè)的收益分配,各方力量對(duì)市場(chǎng)利益的爭(zhēng)奪。其中涉及了意識(shí)形態(tài)、政府政策、本土家支組織、全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)體系在經(jīng)濟(jì)過(guò)程的角色。研究表明,農(nóng)戶(hù)的困境不僅來(lái)自市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)下工商資本的利益侵占,同時(shí)也有家庭農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)組織方式的局限性。農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的"橫向"合作是必要的。
[Abstract]:Promoting agricultural industrialization is an important means of promoting rural economic development and reducing poverty among farmers. Many scholars have paid close attention to the squeezing of farmers' interests in the field of industrial circulation. This paper takes the development of Tartary buckwheat industry in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture as an example, from the perspective of production and circulation. The paper presents the concrete practice of agricultural industrialization in the form of ethnography, the local agricultural production and farmers' life, and analyzes the income distribution of Tartary buckwheat industry. Competing forces for market interests. This involves ideology, government policy, local branches, and the role of the global economic system in the economic process. The plight of farmers is not only due to the encroachment of industrial and commercial capital under the market structure, but also to the limitation of family agricultural production organization mode. The "horizontal" cooperation in agricultural production is necessary.
