【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺是在一定區(qū)域內(nèi)圍繞特定產(chǎn)業(yè)從事產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵共性技術(shù)研發(fā)和提供相關(guān)創(chuàng)新服務(wù)的知識基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施�；谒袡�(quán)和經(jīng)營權(quán)分離思想,根據(jù)不同屬性參與主體的組合發(fā)展了新的產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺治理模式分類方法。通過對特定類型產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)屬性及其受益排他性和消費競爭性的差異比較,明確不同類型治理模式的內(nèi)涵特征,為未來研究不同產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新活動在知識來源、專有條件、組織形式等方面的差異做了理論準備;為選擇與平臺創(chuàng)新活動需要相適應(yīng)的治理模式,提升產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效提供了實踐啟示。
[Abstract]:Industrial innovation platform is a kind of knowledge infrastructure which is engaged in the research and development of industry key common technologies and provides related innovation services around specific industries in a certain region, based on the idea of separation of ownership and management rights. According to the combination of different attribute participants, this paper develops a new classification method of industrial innovation platform governance model. By comparing the product and service attributes of specific types of industrial innovation platforms and their benefit exclusivity and consumption competitiveness, Make clear the connotation characteristics of different types of governance models, and make theoretical preparations for the future research on the differences of knowledge sources, proprietary conditions, organizational forms and so on in the innovation activities in different industrial fields; It provides practical enlightenment for choosing the governance mode suitable for platform innovation activities and improving the performance of industrial innovation.
