【摘要】：中國茶業(yè)是中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的特色產(chǎn)業(yè),安化黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)作為安化縣甚至益陽市重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn),在國家加大對(duì)涉農(nóng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的扶持力度和實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的大背景下,本文針對(duì)安化黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力展開研究。本研究在綜合國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力和茶產(chǎn)業(yè)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力及構(gòu)成、能力提升理論進(jìn)行闡述�；趧�(chuàng)新能力構(gòu)成的視角,從技術(shù)、組織和環(huán)境三個(gè)方面研究安化黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力,構(gòu)建安化黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。選取2005年至2014年安化黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用相關(guān)性分析和多元回歸的方法對(duì)安化黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選和權(quán)重計(jì)算,得出影響安化黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力構(gòu)成的關(guān)鍵因素包括政府資金投入和安化縣宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境這兩個(gè)環(huán)境要素和科研經(jīng)費(fèi)和科研人員投入兩個(gè)主要的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新要素。最后,依據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果提出促進(jìn)安化黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提升的關(guān)鍵在于加強(qiáng)外部環(huán)境建設(shè)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,具體對(duì)策包括：發(fā)展縣域經(jīng)濟(jì),完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)；加大政府扶持力度；加大科研經(jīng)費(fèi)投入；加強(qiáng)科研人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Chinese tea industry is the characteristic industry of China's economic development. As an important economic growth point in Anhua County and even Yiyang City, Anhua Black Tea Industry is under the background of the state increasing its support for agriculture-related industries and implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development. In this paper, the innovation ability of black tea industry in Anhua is studied. On the basis of synthesizing the innovation ability of domestic and foreign industries and the research of tea industry, the paper makes a research on the innovation ability and composition of the industry. Based on the perspective of the composition of innovation ability, this paper studies the innovation ability of the black tea industry of Anhua from the aspects of technology, organization and environment. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of innovation ability of Anhua black tea industry, selects the data of Anhua black tea industry from 2005 to 2014, and uses the method of correlation analysis and multivariate regression to screen and calculate the index of innovation ability of Anhua black tea industry. It is concluded that the key factors influencing the innovation ability of the black tea industry of Anhua include the government investment and the macroeconomic environment of Anhua County, and the two main technological innovation factors: the scientific research funds and the scientific research personnel. Finally, According to the results of empirical analysis, the key to promote the innovation ability of black tea industry in Anhua lies in strengthening the external environment construction and technological innovation ability. The concrete countermeasures include: developing county economy, perfecting infrastructure construction, increasing government support; Increase investment in scientific research funds; strengthen the construction of scientific research personnel.
