基于共生理論的綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構(gòu)建及穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)綠色建筑的發(fā)展一直備受關(guān)注,在提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,減少自然資源的消耗以及保護(hù)環(huán)境等諸多方面都表現(xiàn)出了傳統(tǒng)建筑所不可比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì)。我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段正處于城鎮(zhèn)化快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康快速發(fā)展是轉(zhuǎn)變城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)模式和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的重要途徑。然而由于我國(guó)綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)嶄露頭角,綠色建筑相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)橫向上分散于節(jié)地、節(jié)能、節(jié)水、節(jié)材、環(huán)保等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,縱向上分布于建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全壽命周期上中下游的各個(gè)階段,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條結(jié)構(gòu)的單一化和分散化導(dǎo)致鏈條橫縱向集成性和關(guān)聯(lián)性的缺失,弱化了對(duì)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響而無(wú)法產(chǎn)生集聚效應(yīng)。運(yùn)用共生思想將綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條結(jié)構(gòu)分散問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為共生視角下綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上各相關(guān)主體之間的合作與協(xié)同問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈共生系統(tǒng)并對(duì)其穩(wěn)定性問(wèn)題展開(kāi)分析和評(píng)價(jià),從另一種角度出發(fā)試圖對(duì)綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,以求為解決綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題提供一種新的思路。在對(duì)綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、共生理論、穩(wěn)定性理論等相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行歸納分析的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)了綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和共生系統(tǒng)兩個(gè)領(lǐng)域知識(shí)交叉和融合的可能性,以此為契機(jī)構(gòu)建了綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈共生系統(tǒng),并從共生單元、共生模式和共生環(huán)境三個(gè)方面對(duì)其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。針對(duì)綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的穩(wěn)定性問(wèn)題分別從靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)角度進(jìn)行分析:靜態(tài)角度以綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈共生系統(tǒng)各成員企業(yè)的收益分配為切入點(diǎn),采用Shapley值法和Nash均衡法對(duì)利益分配穩(wěn)定解進(jìn)行求解;動(dòng)態(tài)角度借鑒微分穩(wěn)定性理論通過(guò)建立擴(kuò)展的Logistic模型,描述不同共生關(guān)系下的綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈成員企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)情況,并對(duì)可能存在的共生關(guān)系逐一分析。最后綜合前人研究成果構(gòu)建了綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈共生系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)體系,并采用主客觀權(quán)重綜合賦權(quán)法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),例舉福p\天麓湖項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,且提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of green buildings has been paid close attention to, in order to improve the economic benefits of enterprises. Many aspects, such as reducing the consumption of natural resources and protecting the environment, have shown unparalleled advantages over the traditional buildings. China is in the period of rapid urbanization at the present stage. The healthy and rapid development of green building industry is an important way to change the mode of urban construction and the mode of economic development. However, due to the emergence of green building industry in China, green building related industries are scattered horizontally in land saving, energy saving, and water saving. Material saving, environmental protection and other fields, vertical distribution in the construction project life cycle in the middle and lower stages of each stage, the single and decentralized industrial chain structure led to the chain horizontal and vertical integration and lack of relevance, It weakens the influence on related industries and can not produce agglomeration effect. By using symbiotic thought, the problem of the dispersion of the industrial chain structure of green building is transformed into the cooperation and coordination among the relevant subjects in the green building industry chain from the perspective of symbiosis. To construct green building industry chain symbiosis system and analyze and evaluate its stability, from another angle, try to analyze the development of green building industry. In order to solve the problem of green building industry development to provide a new way of thinking. On the basis of the green building industry chain, symbiosis theory, stability theory and other related research results are summarized and analyzed. The possibility of knowledge intersection and integration between green building industry chain and symbiotic system is found, and the symbiotic system of green building industry chain is constructed by taking this opportunity, and the symbiotic unit is used as a symbiotic unit. Three aspects of symbiotic mode and symbiotic environment are elaborated in detail. The stability of green building industrial chain is analyzed from the static and dynamic point of view: the green building industrial chain symbiotic system from the static point of view. The income distribution of each member enterprise is the entry point, The Shapley value method and Nash equilibrium method are used to solve the stable solution of interest distribution, and the dynamic theory of differential stability is used for reference to describe the growth of green building industry chain member enterprises under different symbiotic relationships through the establishment of extended Logistic model. Finally, the stability evaluation system of green building industry chain symbiotic system is constructed by synthesizing the previous research results, and the subjective and objective weight comprehensive weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the system. An example of Fup\ Tianlu Lake project is given, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
