【摘要】：萊陽市地處膠東半島腹地,當?shù)厥a(chǎn)梨,是我國著名“梨鄉(xiāng)”。萊陽市在煙臺市以西,交通通信發(fā)達,自然資源豐富,為促進萊陽經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代林業(yè)建設提供了有利條件。目標規(guī)劃區(qū)域位于膠東半島最大的河流之一五龍河流域內(nèi),為林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園的建設打下了深厚的自然資源基礎。本文以煙臺林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園的規(guī)劃建設為研究對象,運用文獻研究與資料收集法、比較與系統(tǒng)方法、實地調(diào)研法、歸納方法,闡明煙臺林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園的規(guī)劃方式及規(guī)劃理念。主要包含以下三個方面:(1)如何定義林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園,對比國內(nèi)外林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園特征、優(yōu)勢及不足。(2)對如何建設林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園進行探討,分析林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園應具備的要素,探究林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園的規(guī)劃理念及法則。(3)煙臺林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園規(guī)劃設計。根據(jù)研究總結(jié)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園相關理論,對煙臺林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園項目進行規(guī)劃設計。主園區(qū)總建設面積1164公頃。根據(jù)需求及用地分析,將主園區(qū)劃分為:林業(yè)觀光旅游區(qū)、科普養(yǎng)生區(qū)、優(yōu)良樹種培育區(qū)、花卉種植示范區(qū)、國外名優(yōu)品種引種區(qū)、林下經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)、林產(chǎn)品交易區(qū)、休閑采摘園八個功能區(qū)。本文在對項目的規(guī)劃設計中,將各個分區(qū)通過交通及種植連接,根據(jù)各個分區(qū)的功能需求及現(xiàn)狀進行道路、種植、基礎設施規(guī)劃設計。合理地安排功能區(qū)位置,形成成熟的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系。最后對其進行相關建設經(jīng)濟指標估算。本文通過煙臺林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園的規(guī)劃設計建設,旨在探索如何形成集休閑觀光旅游、農(nóng)林產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營、休閑養(yǎng)生、綠色生態(tài)于一身的林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園體系,以及如何最大限度發(fā)揮林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園的功能效益。以期能對今后林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽園的規(guī)劃建設提供參考。
[Abstract]:Laiyang City is located in the hinterland of Jiaodong Peninsula and is rich in pears. Laiyang City is a famous "pear town" in China. Laiyang City is located west of Yantai City, with developed communications and rich natural resources. It provides favorable conditions for promoting economic and social development and modern forestry construction in Laiyang. The target planning area is located in the Wulong River Basin, one of the largest rivers in the Jiaodong Peninsula. This paper takes the planning and construction of Yantai Forestry Industry Expo Park as the research object, using the methods of literature research and data collection, comparison and systematic method, field investigation, etc. In this paper, the planning method and planning idea of Yantai Forestry Industry Expo Park are expounded. It mainly includes the following three aspects: 1) how to define the Forest Industry Expo Garden, and how to compare the present situation of the Forest Industry Expo Garden at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of forestry industry expo garden at home and abroad, probes into how to construct forestry industry expo garden, and analyses the essential factors that forestry industry expo garden should possess. This paper probes into the planning ideas and rules of forestry industry expo garden. (3) the planning and design of Yantai forestry industry expo garden. According to the research, the relevant theories of forestry industry expo garden are summarized. The project of Yantai Forestry Industry Expo Park is planned and designed. The total construction area of the main park is 1164 hectares. According to the analysis of demand and land use, the main park is divided into: forestry sightseeing tourism area, science popularization and health preservation area, and cultivation area of fine tree species. Flower planting demonstration area, introduction area of foreign famous and excellent varieties, economic demonstration area under forest, trade area of forest products, leisure picking garden, etc. In the planning and design of the project, each district is connected by transportation and planting. Planning and design of road, planting and infrastructure according to the functional needs and present situation of each sub-district. Form a mature industrial system. Finally, estimate the relevant construction economic indicators. Through the planning, design and construction of Yantai Forestry Industry Expo Park, the purpose of this paper is to explore how to form a collection of leisure tourism, agricultural and forestry products management, leisure health, The system of forestry industry expo park with green ecology, and how to exert the function benefit of forestry industry expo garden to the maximum extent, in order to provide reference for the planning and construction of forestry industry expo park in the future.
