【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)全體人民的共同努力,綜合國(guó)力得到了世界的認(rèn)可,我國(guó)影響力也不斷提高,盡管我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平得到高速發(fā)展,但是依舊農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)收入占主導(dǎo)地位,我國(guó)依然沒(méi)有擺脫農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó)的稱號(hào)。在我國(guó)地大物博,同時(shí)人口稠密,雖然農(nóng)業(yè)資源豐富,但人均占有量偏低。農(nóng)業(yè)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中會(huì)受到各種自然氣候因素的影響,災(zāi)害事故的出現(xiàn),會(huì)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)量和農(nóng)戶經(jīng)濟(jì)效益帶來(lái)極大的損失,這將嚴(yán)重影響我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。那么就需要大力發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn),以此來(lái)促使農(nóng)業(yè)抵御災(zāi)害事故的能力得到提高,農(nóng)業(yè)安全和糧食安全得到保障,擴(kuò)大農(nóng)民的切身利益,健全和完善我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)支持保護(hù)體系。 吉林省是我國(guó)重要的農(nóng)業(yè)大省,農(nóng)業(yè)持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展對(duì)吉林省的發(fā)展及社會(huì)穩(wěn)定起著至關(guān)重要的作用,同時(shí)吉林省作為全國(guó)政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)試點(diǎn)省份,在農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展尤其是政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展有著優(yōu)質(zhì)的參考價(jià)值。本文的研究目的就是通過(guò)對(duì)吉林省的農(nóng)戶進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)研究影響農(nóng)戶購(gòu)買(mǎi)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的因素進(jìn)行科學(xué)的分析并提出相應(yīng)建議,以促進(jìn)政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展。 本文結(jié)合相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外理論研究,對(duì)吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行了深入地調(diào)查和研究,對(duì)吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)需求進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)查,通過(guò)spss軟件工具,運(yùn)用Logit回歸模型,對(duì)影響農(nóng)戶購(gòu)買(mǎi)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析,科學(xué)客觀的評(píng)價(jià)了吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展中影響農(nóng)戶需求意愿的因素,結(jié)合存在的問(wèn)題對(duì)吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的制約因素提出解決對(duì)策；并對(duì)吉林省政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展模式和發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了探討,通過(guò)各種制度的構(gòu)建和完善,來(lái)有效解決吉林省政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)中存在的各種問(wèn)題,促使政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)得到推廣,以此來(lái)促進(jìn)吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)抵御災(zāi)害事故的能力得到提高,農(nóng)業(yè)安全和糧食安全得到保障,擴(kuò)大農(nóng)民的切身利益,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the joint efforts of all the people of our country, the comprehensive national strength has been recognized by the world, and the influence of our country has been continuously improved. Although our economic level has been developing at a high speed, the agricultural economic income still dominates. Our country still did not get rid of the title of agricultural country. In our country, the land is abundant and the population is dense. Although the agricultural resources are abundant, the per capita possession is on the low side. Agriculture will be affected by various natural climatic factors in the process of development. The occurrence of disasters and accidents will bring great losses to agricultural output and farmers' economic benefits, which will seriously affect the economic development and social stability of our country. So we need to develop agricultural insurance vigorously, so as to improve the ability of agriculture to resist disasters and accidents, to ensure the security of agriculture and food, to expand the vital interests of farmers, and to perfect and perfect the agricultural support and protection system of our country. Jilin Province is an important agricultural province in China. The sustained and stable development of agriculture plays a vital role in the development of Jilin Province and social stability. In the development of agricultural insurance, especially the development of policy agricultural insurance has high quality reference value. The purpose of this paper is to make a scientific analysis of the factors affecting farmers' purchase of agricultural insurance through investigation of farmers in Jilin Province and put forward corresponding suggestions in order to promote the development of policy-oriented agricultural insurance. In this paper, the operation of agricultural insurance in Jilin Province has been investigated and studied, and the demand of agricultural insurance in Jilin Province has been investigated on the spot. Through the spss software tool, the Logit regression model has been used. The factors influencing farmers' purchase of agricultural insurance are systematically analyzed, and the factors influencing farmers' demand will are evaluated scientifically and objectively in the development of agricultural insurance in Jilin Province. Combined with the existing problems in Jilin Province agricultural insurance development process of the existing constraints to solve the countermeasures; The development mode and development direction of policy-oriented agricultural insurance in Jilin Province are discussed. Through the construction and improvement of various systems, the problems existing in policy-oriented agricultural insurance in Jilin Province are effectively solved. To promote the promotion of policy-oriented agricultural insurance, in order to promote Jilin Province's agricultural ability to resist disasters and accidents, agricultural security and food security are guaranteed, expand the vital interests of farmers, and achieve the goal of sustainable development.
