【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展，，農(nóng)業(yè)問題越來越受到重視，農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和銷售活動也在逐步得到發(fā)展。而農(nóng)業(yè)保險作為轉(zhuǎn)嫁農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險的一種措施，歷年的國家一號文件中都有所提及，國家補(bǔ)貼和重視程度也在逐年提高，以保障農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、保障農(nóng)戶收入和促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)得到健康的發(fā)展。在這樣的背景下，本文以實(shí)地調(diào)查和問卷調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ)，運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論和模型，采用實(shí)證分析方法，對新疆伊寧縣農(nóng)戶購買意愿和購買行為進(jìn)行了研究，分析其影響因素，并提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。全文共可分為六個部分: 本文主要內(nèi)容包括以下五個部分:第一部分主要說明選題背景、研究目的和內(nèi)容，及系統(tǒng)地梳理了國內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)中農(nóng)戶對農(nóng)業(yè)保險的認(rèn)知、態(tài)度和購買行為等方面的研究成果，并對其進(jìn)行了綜述，同時提出本文在哪些方面尚且存在的不足與創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分則在總結(jié)西方農(nóng)戶購買行為理論的基礎(chǔ)上，剖析農(nóng)業(yè)保險購買意愿和購買行為的影響因素，將農(nóng)戶的風(fēng)險認(rèn)知、風(fēng)險意識，他人意見、群體購買氛圍和農(nóng)業(yè)受損頻率等都納入影響因素研究，繼而提出研究假設(shè)。第三部分對新疆生產(chǎn)成就、農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險現(xiàn)狀和農(nóng)業(yè)保險發(fā)展的歷程進(jìn)行簡單概括，同時通過新疆的整體狀況來考察伊寧縣的農(nóng)業(yè)保險發(fā)展情況。第四部分對伊寧縣農(nóng)戶購買農(nóng)業(yè)保險的意愿及行為進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，通過實(shí)地調(diào)查獲得一手資料，在對樣本進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計分析的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用Logistic模型對購買意愿及行為的各類因素進(jìn)行回歸分析，并進(jìn)行總結(jié)。第五部分綜合全文歸納購買參保意愿及行為的結(jié)論，提出如何更好的開展農(nóng)業(yè)保險的建議和對策。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society in China, more and more attention has been paid to agricultural problems, and agricultural production and marketing activities have been gradually developed. As a measure to transfer agricultural risks, agricultural insurance has been mentioned in the first National document over the years, and the degree of state subsidies and attention has also been increasing year by year in order to safeguard agricultural production. Ensure peasant household income and promote healthy development of rural economy. Under this background, based on the field investigation and questionnaire survey, using the relevant theory and model, using the empirical analysis method, this paper studies the purchase intention and purchase behavior of farmers in Yining County, Xinjiang, and analyzes its influencing factors. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The full text can be divided into six parts: the main content of this paper includes the following five parts: the first part mainly explains the background of the topic, the purpose and content of the research, and systematically combs the farmers' cognition of agricultural insurance in the domestic and foreign research literature. The research results of attitude and purchase behavior are summarized, and the shortcomings and innovations of this paper are put forward. The second part, on the basis of summing up the western farmers' purchase behavior theory, analyzes the influence factors of the purchase intention and purchase behavior of agricultural insurance, and puts the farmers' risk cognition, risk consciousness and other people's opinions. Group buying atmosphere and agricultural damage frequency are all included in the study of influencing factors, and then the research hypothesis is put forward. The third part is a brief summary of Xinjiang's production achievements, agricultural risk status and the course of agricultural insurance development. At the same time, through the overall situation of Xinjiang to investigate the development of agricultural insurance in Yining County. The fourth part of the Yining County farmers' willingness and behavior to buy agricultural insurance empirical analysis, through field investigation to obtain primary data, on the basis of descriptive statistical analysis of the sample, Logistic model is used to analyze the factors of purchase intention and behavior. The fifth part summarizes the conclusion of purchasing insurance intention and behavior, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to develop agricultural insurance better.
