【摘要】:正匯豐經(jīng)驗(yàn)顯示,銀行保險(xiǎn)整合性銷(xiāo)售有效延長(zhǎng)了銀行的產(chǎn)品線(xiàn),豐富了客戶(hù)的選擇,提升了客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度,保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)本身也獲得突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展商業(yè)銀行直接開(kāi)展保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù),是為了更好整合金融資源,為客戶(hù)提供一體化金融服務(wù)。銀行開(kāi)展保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的最高層次是雙方在資本層面形成融合,更充分地實(shí)現(xiàn)渠道、客戶(hù)、信息、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)與資源整合。筆者選擇匯豐集團(tuán)作為樣本,深入分析了其在保險(xiǎn)領(lǐng)域的戰(zhàn)略定位、資本運(yùn)作、業(yè)務(wù)選擇、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),從
[Abstract]:The HSBC experience shows that the integrated sales of bank insurance effectively prolong the product line of the bank, enrich the choice of customers, and enhance customer satisfaction. The insurance business itself has also been developed by leaps and bounds. Commercial banks directly carry out insurance business. In order to better integrate financial resources, provide customers with integrated financial services. The highest level for banks to carry out insurance business is to integrate the two sides at the capital level, and fully realize the complementary advantages and resource integration of channels, customers, information, marketing and so on. The author chooses HSBC Group as a sample, and analyzes its experience in strategic positioning, capital operation, business selection, risk management and so on in the field of insurance.
