平安保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)探究

【摘要】:保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)文化體現(xiàn)保險(xiǎn)公司的核心價(jià)值觀念,規(guī)定了員工的基本思維模式和行為準(zhǔn)則;并通過(guò)軟實(shí)力的作用方式對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)生引導(dǎo)力、約束力、凝聚力、輻射力和激勵(lì)力,促進(jìn)保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展。由于文化是一種無(wú)形的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略資源,不是一朝一夕能建成的,這就要求各個(gè)保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)在公司成立之初就要探索自己的企業(yè)文化模式。為了使研究更加形象和有針對(duì)性,選擇一家具有代表性的保險(xiǎn)公司作為研究的重點(diǎn)有助于探索保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)文化的發(fā)展模式。中國(guó)平安保險(xiǎn)(集團(tuán))公司作為我國(guó)金融保險(xiǎn)業(yè)改革開(kāi)放的領(lǐng)跑者,,其企業(yè)文化建設(shè)取得的成績(jī)和存在的不足值得保險(xiǎn)業(yè)界學(xué)習(xí)研究。 本文闡述了保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)文化及其發(fā)展階段,從中分析了我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)面臨的問(wèn)題,并在這些問(wèn)題的背景下闡述平安的企業(yè)文化模式及其發(fā)展階段;著重分析了平安企業(yè)文化的特點(diǎn)和不足,從中反映出我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題;并基于以上分析的問(wèn)題,對(duì)我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的完善提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:The culture of insurance company embodies the core values of insurance company, prescribes the basic mode of thinking and code of conduct of employees, and exerts guiding force, binding force, cohesive force, radiation power and incentive power on the enterprise through the function of soft power. Promote the development of insurance enterprises. Because culture is a kind of invisible enterprise strategic resource, it can not be built overnight, which requires every insurance company to explore its own corporate culture model at the beginning of its establishment. In order to make the research more vivid and targeted, choosing a representative insurance company as the focus of the study will help to explore the development model of insurance corporate culture. China Ping an Insurance (Group) Company is a leader in the reform and opening up of China's financial and insurance industry. The achievements and shortcomings of its corporate culture construction are worthy of study by the insurance industry. This paper expounds the insurance enterprise culture and its development stage, and analyzes the problems faced by the construction of insurance enterprise culture in China, and under the background of these problems, expounds the safe enterprise culture model and its development stage. This paper emphatically analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of Ping an enterprise culture, reflects the problems existing in the construction of insurance enterprise culture in China, and based on the above analysis, puts forward some suggestions for the perfection of our country's insurance enterprise culture construction.
