【摘要】：正金融服務(wù)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的方式應(yīng)該創(chuàng)新,而保險(xiǎn)資金運(yùn)用是其中的重要內(nèi)容。要實(shí)現(xiàn)保險(xiǎn)資金的有效運(yùn)用,關(guān)鍵要在發(fā)債環(huán)節(jié)的創(chuàng)新上下功夫。本世紀(jì)以來(lái),保監(jiān)會(huì)對(duì)保險(xiǎn)資金的監(jiān)管出臺(tái)了一系列文件,按照時(shí)間順序來(lái)看,是在逐步地放開(kāi)保險(xiǎn)資
