新設(shè)壽險(xiǎn)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)中存在的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:本文以2004年及以后成立的壽險(xiǎn)公司為研究對(duì)象(定義其為新設(shè)壽險(xiǎn)公司),以全國(guó)35家壽險(xiǎn)公司近三年的年報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),以保費(fèi)收入、凈利潤(rùn)及償付能力為指標(biāo),在結(jié)合前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國(guó)新設(shè)壽險(xiǎn)公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)情況進(jìn)行了分析。首先,本文給出了新設(shè)壽險(xiǎn)公司近三年包括保費(fèi)收入、凈利潤(rùn)及償付能力的整體經(jīng)營(yíng)情況。接著進(jìn)行了深入的分析,即保費(fèi)收入的增長(zhǎng)分析與渠道分析、凈利潤(rùn)情況分析以及償付能力分析;分析發(fā)現(xiàn)新設(shè)壽險(xiǎn)公司保費(fèi)收入增長(zhǎng)迅速,2010年保費(fèi)收入增長(zhǎng)率高達(dá)71%,2011年也有11%;新設(shè)壽險(xiǎn)公司盈利能力不容樂(lè)觀,僅有個(gè)別公司實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定盈利;償付能力相對(duì)充足,但也有個(gè)別公司不滿足保監(jiān)會(huì)償付能力管理規(guī)定的要求。 根據(jù)這三方面的理論與實(shí)證分析,本文指出新設(shè)壽險(xiǎn)公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)的過(guò)程中存在著業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)迅速,,業(yè)務(wù)渠道單一;償付能力充足,盈利能力堪憂;投資收益占優(yōu),承保利潤(rùn)過(guò)低等問(wèn)題。進(jìn)而提出了新設(shè)壽險(xiǎn)公司提高經(jīng)營(yíng)能力的建議:積極開(kāi)展新的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方式,優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)渠道;保險(xiǎn)資金分散化投資,提高公司盈利能力;提高承保利潤(rùn),轉(zhuǎn)變盈利模式。旨在為新設(shè)壽險(xiǎn)公司制定長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略時(shí)提供些許數(shù)據(jù)上的參考,使新設(shè)壽險(xiǎn)公司能更好地完善自身,提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,使壽險(xiǎn)業(yè)能向著穩(wěn)定、健康、可持續(xù)的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the life insurance company established in 2004 and later as the research object (defines it as the newly established life insurance company), based on the annual report data of 35 life insurance companies in China in the past three years, and takes the premium income, net profit and solvency as the indicators. Based on the previous research results, this paper analyzes the management of new life insurance companies in China. First of all, this paper gives the overall operation of the newly established life insurance company in the past three years, including premium income, net profit and solvency. Then it makes a deep analysis, that is, premium income growth analysis and channel analysis, net profit analysis and solvency analysis; It is found that the premium income of newly established life insurance companies is increasing rapidly, the premium income growth rate of new life insurance companies is as high as 71% in 2010 and 11% in 2011; the profitability of newly established life insurance companies is not optimistic, only individual companies realize stable profits; the solvency is relatively sufficient. However, there are also individual companies that do not meet the requirements of CIRC solvency regulations. According to the theoretical and empirical analysis of these three aspects, this paper points out that the new life insurance company has a rapid business growth, a single business channel, sufficient solvency, poor profitability, investment income is dominant. Underwriting profit is too low and so on. Then it puts forward some suggestions to improve the management ability of new life insurance companies: to develop new marketing methods and optimize business channels; to diversify insurance funds to improve the profitability of the company; to improve the underwriting profit and to change the profit mode. The purpose of this paper is to provide some data reference for the new life insurance company when formulating the long-term development strategy, so that the new life insurance company can perfect itself better, improve its competitiveness, and make the life insurance industry develop steadily, healthily and sustainably.
