【摘要】：目的:大病住院費(fèi)用給農(nóng)戶帶來了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),將武漢市下轄9個(gè)區(qū),2014~2015年所有大病住院病例分為22類疾病,分析人數(shù)、費(fèi)用的分布和構(gòu)成比,及其結(jié)構(gòu)變動情況,為疾病的防控和費(fèi)用的控制提供依據(jù)。方法:采用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和結(jié)構(gòu)變動度的分析方法,分析各區(qū)各類疾病的人數(shù)、費(fèi)用、構(gòu)成比和結(jié)構(gòu)變動。結(jié)果:若干類疾病的例均費(fèi)用較高、人數(shù)比重較高、總費(fèi)用占比重較高;各區(qū)的各類疾病的人數(shù)構(gòu)成比和費(fèi)用構(gòu)成比均有明顯差異;各區(qū)變動貢獻(xiàn)率大的疾病各有不同,總體而言三類疾病貢獻(xiàn)率較大,22類疾病中7類負(fù)向變動,15類正向變動。結(jié)論:對于例均費(fèi)用高、發(fā)病人數(shù)多或費(fèi)用占比高的疾病應(yīng)予以重視;各區(qū)中構(gòu)成比顯著偏高的疾病要進(jìn)行控制;對于結(jié)構(gòu)變動度較大的疾病,尤其是正向變動的疾病,控制其造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: the cost of hospitalization for serious illness brings a huge economic burden to farmers. All the hospitalized cases of major diseases in 9 districts under the jurisdiction of Wuhan City from 2014 to 2015 were divided into 22 types of diseases. The number of patients, the distribution and composition of expenses, and their structural changes were analyzed. Methods: descriptive statistical analysis and structural change analysis were used to analyze the number and cost of various diseases in each district. Results: the average cost of several kinds of diseases was higher, the proportion of people was higher, the proportion of total cost was higher, and the proportion of population and cost of various diseases in different regions were obviously different. In general, the contribution rate of the three diseases is larger than that of the 22 diseases. Conclusion: for the cases, the average cost is high. We should pay attention to the diseases with large number of patients or high proportion of expenses; control the diseases with significant higher constitution ratio in each district; and control the economic burden caused by the diseases with large structural changes, especially those with positive structural changes.
