【摘要】：出口信用保險是國家為推動本國出口貿(mào)易、保障出口企業(yè)收匯安全的政策性保險業(yè)務(wù)。通過利用2002年到2014年全國暨八大經(jīng)濟區(qū)出口總額與同期出口信用保險承保保額以及國內(nèi)(區(qū)域)生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)、人均可支配收入、實際FDI和進口貿(mào)易額、居民消費價格指數(shù)(CPI)、政治風(fēng)險和匯率風(fēng)險等各項經(jīng)濟指標,以時間序列模型和LSDV法估計雙向固定效應(yīng)模型對我國出口信用保險出口促進作用進行檢驗,結(jié)果表明:無論是國家層面還是區(qū)域?qū)用?出口信用保險都對出口具有顯著促進作用;但在不同區(qū)域間存在顯著差異,東南部沿海地區(qū)出口信用保險的出口促進作用顯著高于其他經(jīng)濟區(qū),這為我國政府協(xié)調(diào)各大經(jīng)濟區(qū)全面推進出口信用保險制度落實和發(fā)展提供了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Export credit insurance is the purpose of a country to promote its own export trade, Policy insurance business to ensure the security of foreign exchange collection of export enterprises. By using the total export volume of the national and eight major economic zones from 2002 to 2014, the insured amount of export credit insurance and the GDP of the domestic (regional) GDP during the same period, the per capita disposable income can be obtained. The actual FDI and import trade volume, consumer price index, political risk and exchange rate risk are used to test the export promotion effect of China's export credit insurance by using time series model and LSDV method to estimate the two-way fixed effect model. The results show that both national and regional levels, export credit insurance plays a significant role in promoting exports, but there are significant differences among different regions. The export promotion effect of export credit insurance in southeast coastal areas is significantly higher than that in other economic zones, which provides a basis for our government to coordinate the implementation and development of export credit insurance system in all major economic zones.
