【摘要】：社會主義與市場經濟的關系、公有制與非公有制的關系、政府與市場的關系、馬克思主義政治經濟學與西方經濟學的關系等,是我國改革開放時期需要正確認識和正確處理的重大理論與實踐問題。探討這些問題必須要以馬克思主義為指導,同時善于批判性借鑒西方社會學科中有價值的思想材料和西方國家政府履行經濟職能的經驗教訓。
[Abstract]:The relationship between socialism and market economy, the relationship between public ownership and non-public ownership, the relationship between government and market, the relationship between Marxist political economy and western economics, etc. It is an important theoretical and practical problem that needs to be correctly understood and dealt with during the period of reform and opening up in China. To explore these problems, we must take Marxism as the guide, at the same time be good at drawing lessons from the valuable ideological materials in western social disciplines and the experience of western governments in performing their economic functions.
