【摘要】：正近期,廣州市提出的"租購?fù)瑱?quán)"引發(fā)了市場廣泛關(guān)注,中山、沈陽等城市也明確跟進(jìn)"租購?fù)瑱?quán)"。住建部有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人稱將通過立法,明確租賃當(dāng)事人的權(quán)利義務(wù),逐步使租房居民在基本公共服務(wù)方面與買房居民享有同等待遇。這更加激發(fā)了市場對(duì)"租購?fù)瑱?quán)"的熱烈討論。
[Abstract]:Recently, the "same right to rent purchase" proposed by Guangzhou has aroused widespread attention in the market.
