【摘要】：近年來,隨著整個社會對企業(yè)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)質(zhì)量要求的不斷提高,質(zhì)量改進工作在企業(yè)里占有越來越重要的地位。質(zhì)量管理小組活動作為企業(yè)里面群眾基礎(chǔ)最廣泛的質(zhì)量改進方法,能否持續(xù)深入地開展將很大程度決定企業(yè)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)質(zhì)量改進的效果。因此,通過科學(xué)的方法界定影響質(zhì)量管理小組活動開展的可量化的因素從而對質(zhì)量管理小組活動的開展?fàn)顩r進行客觀地、真實地分析就顯得尤為必要。針對質(zhì)量管理小組活動開展現(xiàn)狀進行的評價研究,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)影響質(zhì)量管理小組活動的因素里面哪些已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)化成了制約活動開展的問題,并根據(jù)問題產(chǎn)生的原因提出改進建議,從而更持續(xù)深入地開展質(zhì)量管理小組活動。基于以上內(nèi)容選題,本文對山東省質(zhì)量管理小組活動進行了改進研究。首先是通過訪談?wù){(diào)查法對影響山東省質(zhì)量管理小組活動開展的因素進行了界定,其次通過設(shè)計并發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,合理的選取抽樣調(diào)查樣本,在確保問卷反饋數(shù)據(jù)真實、有效的基礎(chǔ)上,運用SPSS19.0對數(shù)據(jù)進行了統(tǒng)計和均值、標(biāo)準差分析,找出現(xiàn)階段制約山東省質(zhì)量管理小組活動的問題,并深入剖析問題產(chǎn)生的原因,最后針對原因提出建立行業(yè)協(xié)會宣傳發(fā)動平臺、建立健全活動分配機制等五項山東省質(zhì)量管理小組活動的改進方案�，F(xiàn)階段針對質(zhì)量管理小組活動的研究較多,通過筆者查閱文獻,發(fā)現(xiàn)多數(shù)屬于質(zhì)量管理小組活動課題成果方面的研究,側(cè)重點在于提高成果的水平。少數(shù)關(guān)于活動推進開展方面的研究缺乏有力的數(shù)據(jù)分析作為支撐。通過本文的研究,有利于量化掌握山東省質(zhì)量管理小組活動的開展現(xiàn)狀,準確找出制約活動的問題,有效地改進活動開展,對多數(shù)開展質(zhì)量管理小組活動的企業(yè)組織有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing demands of the whole society on the quality of enterprises' products and services, Quality improvement work plays an increasingly important role in enterprises. Quality management group activities are the most broad-based quality improvement methods in enterprises. The effectiveness of the improvement in the quality of the products and services of the enterprise will be determined to a large extent by whether or not it can be carried out in a sustained and in-depth manner. To objectively define, through scientific methods, the quantifiable factors that affect the conduct of the activities of the quality Management Group, Real analysis is particularly necessary. An evaluation study of the current situation of quality management team activities can find out which of the factors that affect the activities of the quality management team have been translated into problems that restrict the development of the activities. According to the causes of the problem, the author puts forward some suggestions for improvement, so as to carry out the activities of the quality management group more continuously and deeply. This article has carried on the improvement research to the Shandong Province quality management group activity. First, has carried on the definition through the interview investigation method to influence Shandong Province quality management group activity to carry on the factor, secondly has designed and distributed the questionnaire, On the basis of reasonable sampling survey sample, on the basis of ensuring the questionnaire feedback data to be true and effective, using SPSS19.0 to carry on statistics and mean value, standard deviation analysis, to find out the problem that restricts Shandong province quality management group activity in the appearing stage. And deeply analyze the causes of the problem, and finally propose the establishment of a trade association propaganda and launch platform, Establishing and perfecting the activity allocation mechanism and other five improvement schemes of Shandong quality management group activities. At this stage, there are more researches on the quality management group activities, through the author's reference to the literature, It is found that most of the studies are related to the results of the activities of the quality Management Group, with emphasis on improving the level of the results. A few studies on the promotion of activities are not supported by strong data analysis. It is helpful to grasp the current situation of quality management group activities in Shandong province, find out the problems of restricting activities, and effectively improve the development of activities, which can be used as a reference for most enterprises that carry out quality management group activities.
