【摘要】：目前,食品安全已然成為全球范圍內(nèi)高度關(guān)注的公共安全問(wèn)題。美國(guó)、加拿大等國(guó)家紛紛增強(qiáng)了食品安全監(jiān)管工作,并開(kāi)展了相關(guān)監(jiān)管行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,進(jìn)而促使本國(guó)食品安全控制體系更加完善。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)食品安全監(jiān)管法律法規(guī)不健全、檢測(cè)技術(shù)落后及追溯體系不統(tǒng)一等問(wèn)題非常凸顯�；诖�,本文對(duì)國(guó)外食品安全監(jiān)管的做法進(jìn)行了深入分析,指出了我國(guó)在食品監(jiān)管中存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而提出了完善我國(guó)食品安全監(jiān)管的幾點(diǎn)啟示。
[Abstract]:At present, food safety has become a highly concerned public safety issue around the world. The United States, Canada and other countries have strengthened food safety supervision work and launched related regulatory action plans. At present, the laws and regulations of food safety supervision in our country are not perfect, the detection technology is backward and the traceability system is not unified, and so on. This paper makes a thorough analysis of the methods of food safety supervision abroad, points out the problems existing in the food supervision in China, and then puts forward some enlightenments on how to perfect the food safety supervision in our country.
