【摘要】：本文利用拉格朗日方法重新解決Mirrlees(1971)和Golosov等(2003)的模型,得到一些更為豐富的結(jié)果。Golosov等(2003)僅僅求解了最優(yōu)的資本收入稅,本文同時(shí)求解了動(dòng)態(tài)情形下的最優(yōu)資本收入稅和勞動(dòng)收入稅,從而使得比較靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)情形下的Mirrlees模型成為可能。本文的結(jié)論是動(dòng)態(tài)和靜態(tài)的情形下最優(yōu)的勞動(dòng)收入稅形式一致,并當(dāng)效用函數(shù)關(guān)于勞動(dòng)能力存在乘積意義上的可分,勞動(dòng)收入稅可以為0。在研究了最優(yōu)稅收政策后,本文模擬了相關(guān)結(jié)果,給出一些圖表用以佐證提出的觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the Lagrangian method is used to re-solve the model of Mirrleesberg 1971and Golosov et al. 2003). Golosov et al. 2003) only solved the optimal capital income tax, and this paper also solved the optimal capital income tax and labor income tax under the dynamic situation. This makes it possible to compare the Mirrlees model under static and dynamic conditions. The conclusion of this paper is that the optimal form of labor income tax is the same under dynamic and static conditions. And when the utility function is divisible in the sense of product of labor capacity, the labor income tax can be 0. After studying the optimal tax policy, this paper simulates the relevant results. Some charts are given to support the point made.
