【摘要】：企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的過(guò)程,其創(chuàng)新的激勵(lì)受著內(nèi)在和外在因素的影響,內(nèi)在的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)力源于企業(yè)增加利潤(rùn)和降低成本的激勵(lì),外在的創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)主要源于政府補(bǔ)貼、創(chuàng)新模式、市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、溢出效應(yīng)等因素的影響,而這些因素又會(huì)交叉影響著創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)。通過(guò)建立博弈模型利用比較靜態(tài)分析方法,分析了這些因素對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)的影響以及它們的交叉影響關(guān)系,論證了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制,揭示了影響技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的機(jī)理。分析了不同創(chuàng)新模式下各個(gè)激勵(lì)因素的影響強(qiáng)度,比較了不同影響因素對(duì)不同創(chuàng)新模式激勵(lì)的差異,得出了在各種情形下的相關(guān)結(jié)論,對(duì)所得的結(jié)論進(jìn)行了理論解釋,并據(jù)此得提出了有關(guān)創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Enterprise innovation is a complex process, the innovation incentive is affected by internal and external factors, the internal driving force for innovation enterprises to increase profits and reduce the cost of the incentive effect of external innovation incentives mainly due to government subsidies, innovation mode, market structure, spillover effect and other factors, and these factors will cross affect innovation incentive. By establishing a game model, using comparative static analysis method, this paper analyzes the influence of these factors on enterprise innovation incentive and their cross influence relationship, demonstrates the conduction mechanism of technological innovation incentive, and reveals the mechanism of affecting technological innovation. Analysis of the influence factors of various incentive strength of different innovation mode, compares the differences of different influencing factors on different innovation incentive mode, draw the relevant conclusions in various situations, on the conclusion of theoretical explanation, and then it puts forward relevant policy suggestions of innovation incentive.
