【摘要】：個(gè)性教育是社會(huì)發(fā)展需要復(fù)合型人才的需求,是教育者在正確的教育思想指導(dǎo)下,培養(yǎng)和強(qiáng)化受教育者良好的個(gè)性品質(zhì)的過程。在個(gè)性教育的基本內(nèi)容和基本環(huán)節(jié)中始終蘊(yùn)含著德育教育的內(nèi)容及實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)性教育的宗旨和目的,必須在個(gè)性教育的過程中全面貫穿德育教育的實(shí)踐活動(dòng),當(dāng)今德育教育的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)就是要圍繞踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的思想體系,展開培養(yǎng)有理想有道德有信念的一代兒童。
