【摘要】：動(dòng)作是人類適應(yīng)環(huán)境的重要手段,在個(gè)體生存和發(fā)展過(guò)程中具有重要的作用。動(dòng)作發(fā)展持續(xù)于人類生命的始終,是人類發(fā)展的重要領(lǐng)域。大肌肉動(dòng)作是由軀干、四肢等大肌肉群參與完成的動(dòng)作技能,也是兒童最早建立的動(dòng)作技能,且在兒童生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的過(guò)程中對(duì)其認(rèn)知、情感的培養(yǎng)起著關(guān)鍵的作用。大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展使兒童的認(rèn)知結(jié)構(gòu)不斷改組和重建,為兒童提供認(rèn)識(shí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、擴(kuò)大認(rèn)識(shí)范圍,使兒童有更多的機(jī)會(huì)接觸外界環(huán)境,并逐漸培養(yǎng)其鑒別事物本質(zhì)的能力。積極的運(yùn)動(dòng)參與不僅能促進(jìn)兒童身體健康發(fā)展,還有助于兒童自尊自信的建立。為兒童養(yǎng)成終身體育的觀念打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。因此,從小關(guān)注兒童的大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展?fàn)顩r對(duì)促進(jìn)兒童身體、心理的健康成長(zhǎng)具有重要的作用。為了解樂(lè)山市城區(qū)3至6歲幼兒大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,為幼兒教師和家長(zhǎng)評(píng)估幼兒動(dòng)作發(fā)展提供參考,本文采用大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展測(cè)試第二版(Test of Gross Motor Development Second Edition,簡(jiǎn)稱TGMD-2),對(duì)121名幼兒(男生59人,女生62人)的物體移動(dòng)性能力和控制動(dòng)作能力進(jìn)行了測(cè)量。結(jié)果顯示：樂(lè)山市城區(qū)3-6歲幼兒大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展水平隨年齡變化而變化；樂(lè)山市城區(qū)3-6歲幼兒的大肌肉動(dòng)作技能不存在性別差異。
[Abstract]:Action is an important means for human beings to adapt to the environment, and plays an important role in the process of individual survival and development. The development of action is an important field of human development. The large muscle movement is a kind of motor skill which is completed by the large muscle groups such as trunk and limbs. It is also the first movement skill established by children. It also plays a key role in the process of children's growth and development in the process of their cognition and emotional cultivation. The development of large muscle movement makes the cognitive structure of children constantly reorganize and reconstruct, provide children with cognitive experience, expand the scope of understanding, make children have more opportunities to contact the outside environment, and gradually cultivate their ability to distinguish the nature of things. Active sports participation not only promotes the healthy development of children, but also helps to build self-esteem and self-confidence. Lay a solid foundation for children to develop the concept of lifelong sports. Therefore, attention to the development of children's large muscle movements plays an important role in promoting the healthy growth of children's body and mind. In order to understand the development of large muscle movements of children aged 3 to 6 years old in Leshan City, and to provide reference for teachers and parents to evaluate the development of children's movements, the second edition of (Test of Gross Motor Development Second Edition, for short TGMD-2) was used in this paper. The object mobility and control ability of 121 young children (59 boys and 62 girls) were measured. The results showed that the development level of large muscle movement of children aged 3-6 years old in Leshan city changed with age, and there was no gender difference in large muscle movement skills of children aged 3-6 years old in Leshan city.
