【摘要】：民辦學前教育的政府規(guī)制包括經濟性規(guī)制和社會性規(guī)制。民辦學前教育政府規(guī)制面臨經濟性規(guī)制不足、社會性規(guī)制不完善等問題,包括準入機制不完善、退出機制缺失、價格機制失靈、投資機制不暢通、財務會計規(guī)制滯后、安全衛(wèi)生隱患突出、質量規(guī)制失靈等。應從強化準入機制、加強安全衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管等方面加以改進。
[Abstract]:The government regulation of private preschool education includes economic regulation and social regulation. The government regulation of private preschool education faces some problems, such as inadequate economic regulation and imperfect social regulation, including imperfect access mechanism, lack of exit mechanism, failure of price mechanism, lack of smooth investment mechanism, and lagging of financial accounting regulation. The hidden danger of safety and health is prominent, the quality regulation is out of order and so on. It should be improved from the aspects of strengthening access mechanism, strengthening safety and health supervision and so on.
