滇西北地區(qū)幼教頂崗置換實習(xí)生自我評價調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:頂崗置換實習(xí)是目前學(xué)前教育教師人才培養(yǎng)模式改革的新舉措,能夠促進(jìn)準(zhǔn)教師盡快適應(yīng)幼兒園教育工作,也能為幼兒園教師提供提升專業(yè)能力的平臺。通過問卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),頂崗實習(xí)生自查結(jié)果顯示,其理論知識儲備較優(yōu),但應(yīng)對幼兒園突發(fā)事件及彈琴、書寫等實踐技能較弱。另外不同園性、園地、園屬的實習(xí)生在專業(yè)適應(yīng)、專業(yè)興趣等方面有一定差異。
[Abstract]:Job replacement practice is a new measure to reform the training mode of pre-school teachers, which can promote prospective teachers to adapt to kindergarten education as soon as possible, and also provide a platform for kindergarten teachers to improve their professional ability. Through the questionnaire investigation, the self-examination result of the intern in the post shows that his theoretical knowledge reserve is better, but his practical skills such as dealing with the emergency of kindergarten, playing the piano and writing are weak. In addition, different garden, garden interns in professional adaptation, professional interests and other aspects have some differences.
