【摘要】：幼兒園教育屬于教育的啟蒙時期,在國民經濟日益進步和發(fā)展的影響下,幼兒時期教育的重要性越來越明顯。打開《幼兒園工作規(guī)程》與《指南》看到正文,第一個領域就是健康,健康領域放在各領域的首要位置,就能看得出健康的重要性,《指南》中寫道:“發(fā)育良好的身體、愉快的情緒、強健的體質、協(xié)調的動作、良好的生活習慣和基本生活能力是幼兒身心健康的重要標志,也是其他領域學習與發(fā)展的基礎”。體育課程作為活躍幼兒身心的一項非常重要的課程之一,主要是根據幼兒的身心發(fā)展特點來進行有機會、有目的的制定課程目標、課程內容的,以此,促進幼兒的健康成為最終的出發(fā)點與落腳點。幼兒園冬季戶外體育游戲,已經成為北方許多地區(qū)的幼兒園共同面臨并積極思考的重大課題。冬季體育活動的有效開展將很好的提升幼兒身體素質的可貴季節(jié),在這個季節(jié)得到適當?shù)腻憻拰⒃黾佑變荷眢w的免疫系統(tǒng)、預防各種感冒的侵襲、預防肺炎及支氣管系統(tǒng)疾病的頻發(fā)。本文通過對幼兒園體育活動的實施現(xiàn)狀,幼兒身體發(fā)展水平等多個方面闡釋了冬季戶外體育課程設置的必要性及緊迫性。冬季戶外體育課程的課程目標制定、課程的組織形式及課程的評價系統(tǒng),都需要在不斷的實踐中得以完善與科學.
[Abstract]:Kindergarten education belongs to the enlightenment period of education. Under the influence of the progress and development of national economy, the importance of early childhood education is becoming more and more obvious. Open the Kindergarten procedure and the Guide to see the text, the first area is health, the health field in the first place in the field, you can see the importance of health, the guidelines wrote: "the well-developed body, Happy mood, strong physique, coordinated action, good living habits and basic living ability are important marks of children's physical and mental health, and are also the basis of learning and development in other fields. " Physical education curriculum is one of the most important courses for children to be active in body and mind. It is mainly based on the characteristics of children's physical and mental development that they have the opportunity and purpose to formulate curriculum objectives and curriculum contents. To promote the health of young children becomes the ultimate starting point and foothold. Kindergarten outdoor sports games in winter has become a major issue that many kindergartens in northern China are facing and actively thinking about. The effective development of winter sports activities will be a valuable season for improving the physical fitness of young children. Getting proper exercise in this season will increase the immune system of young children and prevent the attack of various colds. To prevent the frequent occurrence of pneumonia and bronchial diseases. This paper explains the necessity and urgency of outdoor physical education curriculum in winter through the actualization of kindergarten sports activities and the level of children's physical development. In winter outdoor physical education curriculum goal formulation, curriculum organization form and curriculum evaluation system need to be perfected and scientific in continuous practice.
