【摘要】：作為幼兒生活成長的重要場所,幼兒園的安全管理關(guān)系到每個(gè)幼兒身體健康和生命安全,近年來,幼兒園的安全事故頻發(fā),園方、教師和家長的矛盾日趨激化,幼兒園的安全管理質(zhì)量越來越引起國家和社會(huì)的重視。許多學(xué)者紛紛從幼兒園的安全教育、幼兒安全事故類型、幼兒園安全管理等方面進(jìn)行了整體性的研究,也有了相應(yīng)的研究成果,但很難從教育實(shí)際中全面的客觀的分析幼兒園安全管理中存在的問題,許多研究成果也未能為幼兒園的安全管理提供切實(shí)可行的策略。不管是公立幼兒園還是私立幼兒園,幼兒安全事故頻頻發(fā)生,從一定程度上可知,幼兒園安全管理上盡管已經(jīng)事無巨細(xì),但是仍有漏洞,因此,筆者決定通過教師對(duì)幼兒園安全管理滿意度的調(diào)查,找出幼兒園安全管理中的問題并分析成因,給出具有可行性的建議。通過問卷的收集,并使用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件,從幼兒教師角度出發(fā),測(cè)量幼兒教師對(duì)本園安全管理的“滿意度”,分析不同等級(jí)的公立幼兒園安全管理存在的問題,有助于提出改善玉溪市紅塔區(qū)公立幼兒園安全管理的策略和建議,為公立幼兒園安全管理創(chuàng)新提供必要的理論支撐。研究結(jié)果表明:三所不同等級(jí)的公立幼兒園,教師對(duì)安全管理上的滿意度存在了顯著差異,盡管各級(jí)幼兒園在安全管理的制度上有了一定的要求,部分規(guī)章制度的建設(shè)初有成效,但在履行實(shí)施方面的現(xiàn)狀還不容樂觀,不同等級(jí)的幼兒園應(yīng)根據(jù)自身實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合相關(guān)的安全管理法規(guī),加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督管理。結(jié)論:不同等級(jí)的幼兒園在安全管理上,仍存在著一些不盡如人意的地方,不同等級(jí)的公立幼兒園應(yīng)根據(jù)本園區(qū)的實(shí)際情況,加強(qiáng)幼兒的安全教育以及教職工的安全知識(shí)和安全技能的培訓(xùn),完善學(xué)校安全管理。
[Abstract]:As an important place for children to live and grow up, the safety management of kindergartens is related to the health and safety of every child. In recent years, the safety accidents of kindergartens are frequent, and the conflicts between the kindergarten, teachers and parents are becoming more and more intense. The quality of kindergarten safety management has attracted more and more attention from the country and society. Many scholars have carried on the overall research from the kindergarten safety education, the infant safety accident type, the kindergarten safety management and so on, also has the corresponding research result. However, it is difficult to analyze the problems in kindergarten safety management comprehensively and objectively from the reality of education, and many research results have failed to provide practical strategies for the safety management of kindergartens. Whether public or private kindergartens, infant safety accidents occur frequently. To a certain extent, although there are no details about kindergarten safety management, there are still loopholes, so, The author decides to find out the problems in the safety management of kindergartens through the investigation of teachers' satisfaction with safety management of kindergartens, and analyze the causes, and give some feasible suggestions. Through the collection of questionnaires and using SPSS 19.0 statistical software, from the point of view of preschool teachers, this paper measures the "satisfaction" of kindergarten safety management, and analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of public kindergartens at different levels. It is helpful to put forward the strategies and suggestions to improve the safety management of public kindergartens in Hongta District of Yuxi City and to provide necessary theoretical support for the innovation of safety management of public kindergartens. The results show that there are significant differences in teachers' satisfaction with safety management in three public kindergartens at different levels, although there are certain requirements for the safety management system in kindergartens at all levels. Part of the rules and regulations of the construction of initial results, but in the implementation of the status quo is not optimistic, different levels of kindergarten should be based on their own actual situation, combined with the relevant safety management laws and regulations, strengthen supervision and management. Conclusion: there are still some unsatisfactory places in the safety management of kindergartens of different levels, and different levels of public kindergartens should be based on the actual situation of the park. Strengthen the safety education of young children and safety knowledge and safety skills training of teaching staff, improve school safety management.
