【摘要】：本研究旨在探討幼兒教師人生抱負(fù)、時(shí)間管理和活力之間的關(guān)系。首先,本研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)法和問(wèn)卷調(diào)研法,采用了“人生抱負(fù)指數(shù)量表”、“時(shí)間管理行為量表”、“主觀活力量表”作為調(diào)查工具。其次,本研究選取成都市溫江區(qū)公益性幼兒園的400名教師作為被試,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷對(duì)她們進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,共收回有效問(wèn)卷374份。使用SPSS19.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得到的結(jié)果如下:1.幼兒教師具有較高的人生抱負(fù)水平,且內(nèi)在抱負(fù)指數(shù)顯著高于外在抱負(fù)指數(shù)。即幼兒教師十分注重內(nèi)在的自我提升,體現(xiàn)了幼兒教師在人生理想、人生抱負(fù)上有非常強(qiáng)的自我成長(zhǎng)和提升的內(nèi)驅(qū)力;時(shí)間管理水平觀念都普遍較高,并在設(shè)定目標(biāo)和優(yōu)先項(xiàng)上有更好的規(guī)劃;幼兒教師在教學(xué)中體驗(yàn)到了較高的活力水平。2.人生抱負(fù)、時(shí)間管理和活力三者之間均存在顯著性正相關(guān)。3.內(nèi)在抱負(fù)對(duì)活力有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用。即內(nèi)在抱負(fù)水平的提升能夠相應(yīng)的提升活力的水平。4.時(shí)間管理在外在抱負(fù)和活力中起調(diào)節(jié)作用。即時(shí)間管理行為可以改變外在抱負(fù)水平對(duì)活力產(chǎn)生影響。并根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,針對(duì)如何提升幼兒教師的人生抱負(fù)水平、時(shí)間管理水平和活力水平做出以下建議:1.在滿(mǎn)足幼兒教師的基本經(jīng)濟(jì)需求的前提下,引導(dǎo)其更多的追求內(nèi)在抱負(fù)。2.幫助幼兒教師提高時(shí)間管理能力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between preschool teachers' life ambition, time management and vitality. First of all, this research mainly uses the literature method and the questionnaire investigation method, has adopted "the life ambition index scale", "the time management behavior scale", "the subjective vitality scale" as the investigation tool. Secondly, 400 teachers of public welfare kindergartens in Wenjiang District of Chengdu were selected as subjects, and 374 valid questionnaires were collected. Using SPSS19.0 for statistical analysis, the results are as follows: 1. Preschool teachers have a higher level of life ambition, and the intrinsic aspiration index is significantly higher than the external aspiration index. That is, the preschool teachers pay great attention to the internal self-improvement, which reflects the infant teachers have a very strong self-growth and promotion drive in the life ideal and life ambition, and the concept of time management level is generally higher. And set goals and priorities in better planning; early childhood teachers experienced a higher level of vitality. 2. There is a significant positive correlation among ambition, time management and vitality. Inner ambition has a positive predictive effect on vitality. That is, the level of internal ambition can be raised corresponding to the level of vitality. 4. Time management plays a regulating role in external ambition and vitality. That is, time management behavior can change the level of external ambition to affect vitality. According to the conclusion of the study, this paper makes the following suggestions on how to improve the life ambition level, time management level and vitality level of preschool teachers. Under the premise of meeting the basic economic needs of preschool teachers, we should guide them to pursue their inner ambition more. 2. Help preschool teachers to improve their time management ability.
