【摘要】：奧巴馬政府執(zhí)政以來,基于重振美國經(jīng)濟(jì)、提高國民素質(zhì)、增強(qiáng)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、確保美國社會(huì)長(zhǎng)期繁榮的需要,先后出臺(tái)多種舉措大力改革并發(fā)展學(xué)前教育。這些舉措確立了"普及、公平、高質(zhì)量"的學(xué)前教育改革目標(biāo);設(shè)立了總統(tǒng)直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的專門行政機(jī)構(gòu),高度強(qiáng)化政府對(duì)學(xué)前教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和統(tǒng)籌職責(zé);學(xué)前教育撥款力度大且經(jīng)費(fèi)單列,健全財(cái)政運(yùn)行機(jī)制;優(yōu)先保障弱勢(shì)兒童的受教育權(quán)利與質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)學(xué)前教育公平優(yōu)質(zhì)發(fā)展;提高教師待遇保障教師培訓(xùn),促進(jìn)學(xué)前教育高質(zhì)量普及。這對(duì)我國進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)學(xué)前教育事業(yè)發(fā)展具有積極的借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since the Obama administration took office, it has put forward a variety of measures to reform and develop preschool education, based on the need of revitalizing the American economy, improving the national quality, enhancing international competitiveness and ensuring the long-term prosperity of American society.These initiatives have established the goal of "universal, fair and high quality" preschool education reform; established a special administrative body under the direct leadership of the President, and highly strengthened the government's leadership and overall responsibility for the development of preschool education;The allocation of funds for preschool education is strong and the funds are separately included, the financial operating mechanism should be improved; priority should be given to safeguarding the rights and quality of education for disadvantaged children; promoting the fair and quality development of pre-school education; and improving the treatment of teachers to ensure teacher training.Promoting high quality and popularization of preschool education.This has positive reference value for further promoting the development of preschool education in our country.
