【摘要】：本文以3-6歲的幼兒為調(diào)查對(duì)象,以促進(jìn)健美操項(xiàng)目在幼兒年齡段上的發(fā)展為主要目的,展開(kāi)對(duì)幼兒健美操在北京市四城區(qū)范圍內(nèi)的調(diào)查研究。希望通過(guò)實(shí)地的調(diào)查研究后,找出健美操開(kāi)展過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,為此提出自己的意見(jiàn)和建議。除此之外,根據(jù)調(diào)查中所反饋的信息,查找相關(guān)資料和文獻(xiàn),借鑒其它運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目發(fā)展成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn),以創(chuàng)新性思維,提出有利于健美操在幼兒群體發(fā)展中的新觀點(diǎn)。本文選取了北京市四城區(qū)內(nèi)的10家調(diào)查機(jī)構(gòu)的幼兒家長(zhǎng)、教師和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作為此次論文的研究對(duì)象。四城區(qū)包括海淀區(qū)、朝陽(yáng)區(qū)、東城區(qū)和西城區(qū)。10家調(diào)查機(jī)構(gòu)的性質(zhì)包括幼兒園、少年宮、俱樂(lè)部、培訓(xùn)班這四種。通過(guò)采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法,對(duì)本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析。通過(guò)對(duì)北京市四城區(qū)幼兒健美操開(kāi)展情況的調(diào)查和分析,得出了如下幾點(diǎn)結(jié)論:1.北京市四城區(qū)范圍內(nèi)3-6歲幼兒學(xué)習(xí)健美操的比例較少,普及程度較低。女生比男生更愿意學(xué)習(xí)健美操,對(duì)健美操的興趣較為濃厚。在年齡段中,3-4歲年齡的幼兒參與健美操運(yùn)動(dòng)的較少,5-6歲相比較而言參與人數(shù)較多。2.家長(zhǎng)學(xué)歷、薪水的高低以及職業(yè)性質(zhì)的不同都會(huì)對(duì)幼兒參與健美操的學(xué)習(xí)起到一定的影響。一般情況下,學(xué)歷、薪水越高和職位性質(zhì)越好的家長(zhǎng)都比較重視孩子的培養(yǎng),愿意支持孩子學(xué)習(xí)健美操。3.已開(kāi)展幼兒健美操課程的機(jī)構(gòu)只占調(diào)查機(jī)構(gòu)總比例的1/5,所占比例甚少。幼兒學(xué)習(xí)的健美操內(nèi)容主要以大眾健美操為主,其次是全民健身操,啦啦操占的比重最少,競(jìng)技健美操因其難度等特點(diǎn)在調(diào)查的范圍內(nèi)無(wú)人學(xué)習(xí)。通常幼兒學(xué)習(xí)健美操一周1-2次,每次時(shí)間在40-90分鐘以內(nèi)。4.家長(zhǎng)對(duì)幼兒健美操運(yùn)動(dòng)不太了解所占比例最大,其次是不了解占的較多,比較了解和非常了解占的較少。但是多數(shù)家長(zhǎng)都認(rèn)為健美操運(yùn)動(dòng)比較重要,認(rèn)為健美操運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)幼兒的身心發(fā)展具有非常多的積極作用。5.家長(zhǎng)層面、社會(huì)層面、政府層面是制約幼兒健美操發(fā)展的主要原因。6.幼兒健美操市場(chǎng)發(fā)展前景廣闊,可以通過(guò)多種途徑進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, children aged 3 to 6 years old as the survey object, to promote the development of aerobics in childhood age as the main purpose of the investigation and research on the scope of aerobics in the four urban areas of Beijing.The author hopes to find out the problems in the process of aerobics development through field investigation and research, and put forward his own opinions and suggestions.In addition, according to the information feedback in the investigation, find the relevant information and literature, learn from the successful development of other sports experience, with innovative thinking, put forward a new viewpoint conducive to aerobics in the development of young children.In this paper, the parents, teachers and leaders of 10 investigation institutions in four urban areas of Beijing are selected as the research objects.The four urban areas include Haidian District, Chaoyang District, Dongcheng District and Xicheng District.By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, the research contents of this paper are investigated and analyzed.Through the investigation and analysis of the development of calisthenics in the four districts of Beijing, this paper draws the following conclusions: 1. 1.The proportion of 3-6-year-old children learning aerobics is less and the popularity is low in the four urban areas of Beijing.Girls are more willing to learn aerobics than boys, more interested in aerobics.In the age group of 3-4 years old children participate in aerobics less than 5-6 years of age compared to the participation of more. 2. 2.Parents' education, salary and professional nature will play an important role in the study of calisthenics.In general, parents with higher educational background, higher salary and better job quality all pay more attention to the training of their children and are willing to support their children to learn aerobics. 3.The number of institutions that have conducted calisthenics programs accounts for only one-fifth of the surveyed institutions, a small percentage.The content of aerobics for young children is mainly mass aerobics, followed by national aerobics, the least proportion of cheerleading, competitive aerobics because of its difficulty and other characteristics in the scope of investigation.Children usually learn aerobics 1-2 times a week, each time in 40-90 minutes. 4.The proportion of parents who do not know much about aerobics is the largest, followed by the lack of understanding, and less understanding and very understanding.However, most parents think that aerobics is more important, that aerobics has a lot of positive effects on children's physical and mental development.Parental level, social level, government level is the main reason for restricting the development of child aerobics. 6.The development prospect of infant calisthenics market is broad and can be developed through many ways.
