【摘要】：近年來在教育實踐中,一些幼兒園,特別是民辦園將家長滿意度作為幼兒園教育質(zhì)量評價最主要的依據(jù)。這與國家對幼兒教育財政投入不足、質(zhì)量監(jiān)管不力所導(dǎo)致的一些幼兒園異化為營利性機構(gòu)有關(guān)。由于家長一方面缺少有關(guān)幼兒身心發(fā)展規(guī)律與特點的系統(tǒng)科學(xué)知識,缺少良好的社會氛圍支持,無法把握幼兒發(fā)展的真正需要,另一方面受制于幼兒園有限的開放時間與活動,不可能獲知有關(guān)幼兒園教育過程的全面信息,他們對幼兒園教育質(zhì)量的評價不可能全面、準(zhǔn)確、客觀,甚至是不科學(xué)、不合理的。將家長滿意度作為幼兒園教育質(zhì)量評價最主要的依據(jù),由此易使幼兒園教育價值發(fā)生偏離和錯位。幼兒園舉辦者應(yīng)正確看待家長參與幼兒園教育質(zhì)量評價的有限權(quán)力,政府應(yīng)加強質(zhì)量評估和監(jiān)管,園長和教師應(yīng)堅守職業(yè)良心,家長應(yīng)自覺提升教育素養(yǎng)。只有通過多方共同努力,幫助家長形成正確的兒童觀和科學(xué)的教育觀,才能促使家長正確行使教育評價的權(quán)利,同時尊重其他利益相關(guān)者,特別是幼兒參與幼兒園教育質(zhì)量評價的地位、作用與權(quán)利。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in educational practice, some kindergartens, especially private kindergartens, regard the satisfaction of parents as the most important basis for evaluating the quality of kindergarten education. Some kindergartens caused by poor quality supervision are related to for-profit organizations. On the one hand, parents lack systematic scientific knowledge about the laws and characteristics of children's physical and mental development, and lack of good social atmosphere to support them. Unable to grasp the real needs of early childhood development, on the other hand, restricted by the limited opening time and activities of kindergartens, it is impossible to obtain comprehensive information about the process of kindergarten education, and their evaluation of the quality of kindergarten education cannot be comprehensive and accurate. Objective, even unscientific and unreasonable. Regard parental satisfaction as the most important basis for evaluating the quality of kindergarten education. Therefore, the value of kindergarten education is easily deviated and misplaced. Kindergarten organizers should correctly regard the limited power of parents to participate in the evaluation of kindergarten education quality, the government should strengthen quality assessment and supervision, and the school directors and teachers should adhere to their professional conscience. Parents should consciously improve their educational literacy. Only by working together to help parents form a correct view of children and scientific education can parents exercise their right to evaluate education correctly, while respecting other stakeholders. Especially the position, function and right of children participating in the evaluation of kindergarten education quality.
