【摘要】：正深圳實(shí)驗(yàn)幼兒園強(qiáng)調(diào)"三人(要)行"的學(xué)習(xí)方式,即兒童自主與環(huán)境相互作用以促進(jìn)兒童的自我建構(gòu);重視"三人(同)行"的學(xué)習(xí)形態(tài),即成人引導(dǎo)所有兒童并與所有兒童共同活動(dòng)以促進(jìn)兒童的社會(huì)建構(gòu);以"三人(才)行"為主要學(xué)習(xí)方式,即強(qiáng)調(diào)教師與兒童、兒童與兒童、幼兒園與家庭等的合作學(xué)習(xí);關(guān)注"三人(在)行"的持續(xù)追求,即重視兒童的過程學(xué)習(xí)與學(xué)習(xí)過程,促進(jìn)兒童的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,并且始終保持著"三人行,必有我?guī)?的與時(shí)俱進(jìn)和因地制宜
[Abstract]:Shenzhen Experimental Kindergarten emphasizes the learning style of "three people (to do)", that is, the interaction of children's autonomy and environment to promote the self-construction of children, and attaches importance to the learning pattern of "three people (same) behavior". That is, adults guide all children and work together with all children to promote the social construction of children, with "three persons" as the main way of learning, that is, emphasizing the cooperative learning between teachers and children, children and children, kindergartens and families, etc. Pay attention to the continuous pursuit of "three people", that is, attach importance to the process of learning and learning of children, promote the sustainable development of children, and always maintain the "three people's walk, there must be my teacher" with the times and according to local conditions.
