【摘要】：合作對(duì)于中班幼兒人格健全發(fā)展具有重要作用。良好的合作有利于幼兒社會(huì)性的發(fā)展。幼兒期是合作性形成和發(fā)展的黃金期,中班幼兒是合作行為發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵期,國(guó)外集中某一維度對(duì)幼兒合作性進(jìn)行研究,國(guó)內(nèi)大多是現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,對(duì)幼兒合作行為的影響因素和培養(yǎng)方法的研究較為集中,但范圍限定在角色游戲情境下研究中班幼兒的較少。本研究采用任雪松的教師評(píng)定問(wèn)卷,分析幼兒合作行為的現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用觀察法、案例分析法,進(jìn)一步觀察記錄幼兒在角色游戲情境下的合作行為,運(yùn)用教師訪談法對(duì)幼兒合作行為問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行深入研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出教育建議。本文的調(diào)查研究得出以下結(jié)論:(1)幼兒合作意向被動(dòng)大于主動(dòng),合作策略語(yǔ)言大于動(dòng)作,合作水平女孩高于男孩,合作性別同性大于異性;(2)幼兒合作水平存在性別差異,女孩得分都高于男孩,說(shuō)明女孩的合作水平相對(duì)大于男孩。
[Abstract]:Cooperation plays an important role in the healthy development of middle class children's personality. Good cooperation is conducive to the development of children's sociality. Early childhood is the golden period of cooperative formation and development. Middle class children are the key period of the development of cooperative behavior. Foreign countries focus on a dimension to study the cooperative nature of children, most of the domestic investigation is the current situation, and the research on the influencing factors and training methods of children's cooperative behavior is more concentrated. However, the scope of the study in the role play situation of children in the middle class is less. This study uses the teacher evaluation questionnaire of Xuesong Ren, analyzes the current situation of children's cooperative behavior, using observation method, case analysis. Further observe and record children's cooperative behavior in the context of role play, and use the method of teacher interview to study the causes of children's cooperative behavior problems. On this basis, the author puts forward some educational suggestions. The following conclusions are drawn from the investigation: 1) Children's cooperative intention is more passive than active, cooperative strategy language is greater than action, and the level of cooperation is higher for girls than boys. The cooperation sex is larger than the opposite sex; (2) there was a gender difference in the cooperation level of young children, and the scores of girls were higher than those of boys, which indicated that the cooperation level of girls was higher than that of boys.
