【摘要】：高職學(xué)生的自我教育體系是通過學(xué)生自治組織的架構(gòu)來實(shí)現(xiàn)的�，F(xiàn)有的組織架構(gòu)存在網(wǎng)絡(luò)不暢、分工交叉、職責(zé)不明等問題,影響自我教育的效能發(fā)揮。以職業(yè)素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)為核心,系統(tǒng)化重組學(xué)生自治組織架構(gòu),優(yōu)化了組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)?構(gòu)建了學(xué)生組織、教師團(tuán)隊(duì)、專業(yè)教學(xué)基層組織、學(xué)生思政工作團(tuán)隊(duì)和教學(xué)管理五維一體的全員育人指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng),便于發(fā)揮自治組織在專業(yè)素養(yǎng)、人文素質(zhì)、思想道德等方面的自我教育、自我發(fā)展和自我服務(wù)作用,提升自我完善和自我管理的能力。
[Abstract]:The self-education system of higher vocational students is realized through the structure of student autonomy organization. The existing organizational structure has some problems, such as poor network, cross division of labor, unknown responsibilities and so on, which affects the effectiveness of self-education. Taking the cultivation of professional accomplishment as the core, the organizational structure of student autonomy is systematically reorganized, the organizational network topology is optimized, and the five-dimensional guidance system of student organization, teacher team, professional teaching grass-roots organization, student ideological and political work team and teaching management is constructed, which is convenient to give full play to the role of self-education, self-development and self-service of autonomous organization in the aspects of professional literacy, humanistic quality, ideological and moral quality, etc. Improve the ability of self-improvement and self-management.
