現(xiàn)代技工教育中學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:在大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的背景下,現(xiàn)代技工教育開始登上歷史的舞臺。技工教育是我國職業(yè)教育體系的重要組成部分,而技工院校則是實(shí)施技工教育的主體機(jī)構(gòu)。技工院校承擔(dān)培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才的任務(wù)。綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)正在成為技工教育的當(dāng)代主題。本文探討的是現(xiàn)代技工教育中學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),具體研究的內(nèi)容,以及形成的觀點(diǎn)與結(jié)論如下: 第一,綜合素質(zhì)及其培養(yǎng)的理論依據(jù)。綜合素質(zhì)即多種素質(zhì)的有機(jī)結(jié)合,是個(gè)體適應(yīng)社會生活和職業(yè)崗位的重要條件。綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)體現(xiàn)了素質(zhì)教育的基本精神,同時(shí)帶有通識教育的色彩,從STW理論來看,綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)也能夠有效的幫助學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)從學(xué)校到工作的過渡。 第二,現(xiàn)代技工教育中學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的意義。綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)具有鮮明的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。對學(xué)生來說能夠促進(jìn)其生涯的持續(xù)發(fā)展;對學(xué)校來說能夠提高其人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)其內(nèi)涵發(fā)展;對技工教育本身來說,能夠拓展其人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)并豐富其內(nèi)涵。 第三,現(xiàn)代技工教育中學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的途徑。綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)要探尋有效的途徑,對技工院校來說,綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)要制定一個(gè)有效的行動的框架,培養(yǎng)活動要貼近學(xué)生的生活;另外綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)也要與學(xué)校德育相結(jié)合,并訴諸于學(xué)生的主體性和責(zé)任感。 第四,現(xiàn)代技工教育中學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的典型案例。郴州技師學(xué)院在學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)方面的實(shí)踐探索具有典型性。它圍繞學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)構(gòu)建了一個(gè)詳細(xì)的行動框架,同時(shí),制定和完善了相應(yīng)的制度。從整體上看,郴州技師學(xué)院學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)體現(xiàn)了素質(zhì)教育的基本精神,具有可操作性和行動感,并且具有養(yǎng)成教育的色彩,也發(fā)揮了學(xué)生的主動性。 學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)是各技工院校所面臨的一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)課題,這一課題需要各院校結(jié)合自身的情況進(jìn)行多樣化的探索。
