【摘要】：新加坡面臨的"中等收入陷阱"困境同我國職業(yè)教育"后示范"面臨的產(chǎn)能過剩、經(jīng)濟L型新常態(tài)處境相似。因此,新加坡職教引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級中,宏觀和微觀上呈現(xiàn)的拔尖技能人才培養(yǎng)特色,對我們示范大國工匠人才培養(yǎng)模式具有借鑒價值。我國在進入中等發(fā)達國家后,為應(yīng)對產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和制造業(yè)智能化新常態(tài),作為世界經(jīng)濟大國,急需培養(yǎng)大批具有創(chuàng)新力的世界一流工匠,以"中國創(chuàng)造"新技術(shù),鑄造"中國制造"新品牌,從引領(lǐng)地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展到驅(qū)動世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。為此,就需要我國職教發(fā)展對接地方經(jīng)濟的產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院,通過推行新加坡的"雙軌制度",實施"工廠教學(xué)"模式,培養(yǎng)出大批大國工匠。
[Abstract]:Singapore's "middle-income trap" dilemma is similar to China's "post-demonstration" of vocational education, overcapacity, and the L-shaped new normal of the economy. Therefore, Singapore vocational education leads to economic transformation and upgrading, macro-and micro-level present the characteristics of top-notch skills talent training, we demonstrate the model of trade and craftsman talent training model has reference value. After entering the medium-sized developed countries, in order to cope with the new normal of industrial transformation and upgrading and the intelligent manufacturing industry, as a world economic power, China urgently needs to train a large number of world-class craftsmen who have the ability to innovate in order to "create" new technologies in China. Casting "made in China" brand, from leading the development of local economy to driving the development of the world economy. Therefore, it is necessary for China's vocational education to develop and connect with the local economy of the industrial college, through the implementation of Singapore's "two-track system", the implementation of the "factory teaching" model, the training of a large number of large-scale craftsmen.
