【摘要】：近代江西職業(yè)教育,經(jīng)歷了由無到有、由小到大、由自發(fā)無序到統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃的發(fā)展歷程,實(shí)為當(dāng)時(shí)國(guó)內(nèi)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的縮影。該時(shí)期,教育主管部門的重視、學(xué)校行政機(jī)構(gòu)的完善、學(xué)生管理的嚴(yán)格等均為江西職業(yè)教育發(fā)展提供了內(nèi)外部條件,保障了職業(yè)學(xué)校的有效運(yùn)行。但同時(shí),近代江西職業(yè)學(xué)校也面臨辦學(xué)條件差、師生數(shù)量少、教育理念與實(shí)踐失誤等問題,限制了職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展空間與規(guī)模,影響了職業(yè)學(xué)校的運(yùn)行效率,其經(jīng)驗(yàn)與不足均為當(dāng)前職業(yè)學(xué)校的運(yùn)行提供了借鑒與啟示。
[Abstract]:The development of vocational education in Jiangxi Province in modern times, from nothing to existence, from small to large, from spontaneous disorder to overall planning, was the epitome of the development of vocational education in China at that time. During this period, the attention of the education department, the perfection of the school administration and the strict management of the students all provided the internal and external conditions for the development of vocational education in Jiangxi, and ensured the effective operation of the vocational school. But at the same time, the modern Jiangxi vocational schools are faced with the problems of poor running conditions, few teachers and students, educational ideas and practical mistakes, which limit the development space and scale of vocational education, and affect the operational efficiency of vocational schools. Its experience and deficiency provide reference and inspiration for the current operation of vocational schools.
