【摘要】："體現(xiàn)出高等性"是當前高職教育發(fā)展的核心任務,但高職高等性不能僅僅理解為人才培養(yǎng)目標定位與質(zhì)量的高等性,而是要理解為整個高職教育辦學定位的高等性,其實現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵路徑是管理模式改革。當前高職教育中盛行學校中心管理模式,而高職教育本質(zhì)上所需要的是教師中心管理模式,因為以教師為中心是高等教育的基本特征,是"大學精神"的核心所在。實現(xiàn)這一轉(zhuǎn)變,既要對教師進行賦權(quán),又要落實教師在專業(yè)建設(shè)中的責任。
[Abstract]:"embodying the higher quality" is the core task of the development of higher vocational education, but the higher nature of higher vocational education should not only be understood as the orientation of the goal and quality of talent training, but also as the higher nature of the orientation of running a school in the whole higher vocational education. The key path of its implementation is the reform of management mode. At present, the management mode of school center prevails in higher vocational education, and what higher vocational education needs in essence is the management mode of teacher-centered, because teacher-centered is the basic characteristic of higher education and the core of "university spirit". To realize this transformation, we should not only empower teachers, but also implement teachers' responsibilities in professional construction.
